When I asked to change rooms, the front desk was very accommodating. However the next night while laying in bed, a stink bug crawled out of my pillow. I found it incredibly hard to sleep knowing that in both rooms there were bugs in the bed.

They have a specialty coffee machine free day and night. I was only on night one and housekeeping came for a room cleaning. I didn't need one but it's nice to know they were available to service.
