The room next to me was having a party and woke me up at 1:30am and continued until 2:30am nothing was done nobody cared management did not care. DO NOT STAY HERE… I stay in hotels all the time this was absolutely horrible. Not to mention unlike most hotels in America shuttle runs 24hrs this one does most start until 6:00 am . This is a horrible hotel customer service is non existent the front desk is rude do not care about your stay at all. One claims they can make same decisions as a manager when she is not a manager .
- NZnicole ZAug 23, 20255.0The Hilton itself is definitely on the nicer side and has a beautiful lobby and breakfast area. The breakfast menu was better than the breakfast buffet that was offered. What really sets this Hilton apart is the customer service, especially from Alexis and Janet, who really helped me out when a flight was delayed and I needed help with transportation from the airport and to re-check into a room that I had checked out of at 4:45 am. They really made a stressful situation easier and I would definitely return to this hotel before. The shuttle service is reliable and runs at a schedule every 30 minutes to the airport. The hotel managers were available by phone at the airport to coordinate quickly. Awesome response with a free breakfast ticket and late check in.
