Denise and Kayla at the front desk were great at helping me get settled, especially because I was so early coming from the airport. Everyone had great recs for the area. Rooms have everything you need, would stay again!
- CCCookieNov 15, 20254.0We really liked the room and everything in it such as the microwave, fridge, etc. However, the bathroom wasn't as clean as I would have liked it. There was hair in the tub, on the door and on one the towels. At least the bed linens appeared clean. The staff was very friendly and super apologetic, when they couldn't accommodate a late check out request. The room was quiet and located on the top floor on the end. The bed was a little hard for me, but I did sleep like a baby probably because I was very tired. The breakfast was decent, as well. I love that you can spin the wheel for prizes, and I did win 1,000 Hilton points that I hope to get credited to my account. We will definitely stay again.

The lady at the front desk is so welcoming and friendly and offered complimentary water and snacks for my room. I’m not traveling with my fur baby but it is nice to see that they are also very pet friendly. They also have a wide range of snacks and food available for purchase including vegan options! I came in at 5pm and it looked like they also had coffee out and available. It’s the little things that make a big difference when you’re traveling. Great experience. Highly recommend.

Its close proximity to the interstate and airport made it an ideal place to stay while I was traveling for work in south Philly. Miss Tenisha at the front desk ensured my needs were met; our room was ready upon arrival and very spacious. I had enough space to set up my remote workstation and get settled in. Stayed here just under a week; would definitely come here again and recommend it if you’re okay paying the price for nice.

The only negative was the first night there were some loud people in the hallway after 10pm and the neighbor in room 427 was having very loud intercourse which prevented me from getting a good night's sleep. The best part of the experience was the shuttle driver named T. He is a wonderful person and great driver!
