  Pros: positive interaction with the one staff member I talked to. room had modern/new furniture. good location on 95, but the only stuff in walking distance is a Royal Farms and a Cracker Barrel Cons: outrageous incidental hold of $250 flat even for my one night stay. Undisclosed $10 parking fee for a completely open lot. I found a lot of stray hairs in my bedding. BROKEN THERMOSTAT in my room 415. I had to set the wall thermostat to max at 80 F just to get the room to hold at 71.9 F (I travel with a calibrated thermometer for work)

  We stayed at the Microtel next door so cannot comment on Home2Suite hotel. At the end of our trip, T, the shuttle driver, picked us up from the airport and brought us back to our car, next door to Home2 Suite. The shuttle ride and driver was the best part of our trip! He was so friendly and helpful…and quick to pick us up. If we fly out of Philadelphia, we will stay at Home2Suite just because shuttle experience was great!

  Very disappointed at my recent stay. I have always trusted home2 but this visit was NOT it. I reserved a 2 queen room to which we arrived to a dirty room with leftover towels in the tub and hair. Bedsheets had spots on it. Hallways were dirty and while staff tried to be nice, they didn’t seem to care. I asked to move to a different room and was only offered a king bed in which my party had a “tight” stay. We decided to leave one day early because of this. This is very disappointing as the other locations of home2 where I stayed were amazing. Lastly, I asked for towels and bedding to my room and it was never delivered, I had to manually pick them up after a few hours. Rooms must be cleaned better with more detail. I would stay away from this place for the immediate future.

  We stayed here Christmas night based on the wonderful reviews. We checked in around 10pm and went straight to bed. All was well until we woke up the next morning only to discover an open condom wrapper on the floor next to the vent. We were so disgusted. It was so cringe and unsanitary. The cleaning staff should always do their due diligence by checking all area in the room. It makes me wonder what else do they miss. This something that no one should ever have to experience. The manager handled it well but Im still unsettled about this entire experience. Room 209 Christmas Night . Last name Jones

  I want to leave the best review possible.. I had to make a trip to Philadelphia for personal reasons. I just had 2 hour oral surgery on a Tuesday and the next day flew to Philadelphia. I was medicated for pain and anxiety when rushed to the airport. Therefore , I forgot my phone, computer, glasses, and medication.which was shipped later. I at the hotel rather late . Due to a mix up at the airport my car was not available , so I returned to the airport. A kind van driver drove me to the Home2suites, where I had a reservation. Chaz was working for a nearby hotel and refused my tip. He helped me with my heavy bags and made sure I was safely passed on. Chaz also drives for Homes 2 suites Hilton. The kindness did not stop there . My reservation was made by my niece. Her phone was turned off and there was a problem with the reservation. Both Sam and Kenisha worked tirelessly with me to get a room for the night. They offered me hot beverage and comfort. I cannot say enough about the help they offered me. I stayed at the hotel for 6 days . During that time I fell that many employees at this hotel went beyond expectations. Tenisha helpfulness and Kayla’ s assistance helped in ways I have not had before. Even on the last day while checking out Kayla helped me at my room when the zipper on my suitcase broke. I am 79 years old. I’ve observed a camaraderie among the employees I’ve not seen before. I mentioned this to several employees who agreed. In fact, they said, that they help each other and enjoy coming to work. “It’s not “work” when you have this type of relationship with other employees.” Traveling alone , Tenisha, Kayla , Keisha , Sam made me feel like family. I cannot say enough about this experience. The room was clean and perfect for a business trip. The pool was clean and the gym , though small, had everything I needed to work out. . In the morning, there is a full breakfast! Near the Philadelphia international airport , it is a great location, I felt safe. I highly recommend this hotel for families, business travelers and single people.
