We stopped here for an overnight on our way to Thanksgiving. It was clean and comfortable and Tracey at the front desk was very friendly. Our family enjoyed the pool (nice and warm), workout room, and delicious free breakfast. I was very impressed with the breakfast options. Delicious cinnamon rolls, fresh made pancakes, eggs (egg white and regular, sausage (turkey and pork), bagels (with 3 cream cheese options), muffins, oatmeal, Greek yogurt, hard boiled eggs, juice, 2 types of milk(2% and whole), decaf and regular coffee and teas and more! So much to choose from! We would definitely return! My only problem was the bed was too soft for my back but it was very cozy and my family all slept well. This hotel cost a bit more but it was worth it for our family.

Giving a mediocre review. 1st in a bad way being the rude, condescending, dismissive front desk attendant checking us in. I thought afterwards maybe I was just tired and hungry when I told him NO I dont want to give you my email after he declined changing my room to 2 beds instead of a queen. (Has been done may times in the past...whatever...we managed) But after the no to the email....then came the rude behavior. My coworkers....4 of them solidified that I was correct because the next day they all agreed he was awful to them as well. GET RID OF HIM. guests do not need that! Eric the early morning desk clerk saved the day for my review for his multitasking breakfast skills when a co worker called off. He had one foot at the front desk and one in the kitchen making sure we all.were fed before an long work day. What polar opposites in employees. One out of 10 are an Eric and unfortunately there are too many that show up for a job with the bad attitude of the first one. Ask Eric if his friends are looking for work. Birds of a fearher flock together. And, give that miserable you know what the heave ho!

This is a beautiful hotel. It's very clean. The breakfasts are very good, the food is hot and plentiful. It's very quiet. No rowdy guests, you can barely hear any outside noise. Bed was comfortable, towels were clean, white and fluffy. No complaints at all! Definitely a 5 star hotel stay!
