Homewood Suites by Hilton Reading provides spacious residential-style suites for guests staying a day, a week or a year. Choose from a variety of suite types - a one bedroom suite, accessible, whirlpool or fireplace suite, or our largest two-bedroom suite. All suites feature separate living and sleeping areas plus a fully-equipped kitchen with full-size refrigerator, two burner stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, cooking utensils, and place settings for four people. Keep connected with voicemail and free local or 800 calls on your two telephones, as well as internet access throughout the hotel, including in our meeting room, lodge, and business center. The living room offers a sleeper-sofa, coffee table, chair/ottoman, VCR/DVD combination and flat-screen TV with 30+ cable stations, and HBO. The bedroom features a king bed or two double or queen beds and includes another TV, work station, dressing and vanity area, hair dryer, ironing board and iron. The savings that our guests appreciate include the complimentary hot full breakfast: evening social with complimentary beer and wine (served on Wednesdays 5-7 pm): the 24-hour business center (two computers with internet access, copiers printers, and fax) and complimentary hotel shuttle service to and from the Reading Regional Airport. Our seasonal heated outdoor pool and fitness center allow our guests the opportunity to have fun and exercise at their leisure.     Very spacious king suite. Water pressure lacking in kitchen and bathroom sinks. Shower water pressure ok because you can adjust the spray. Bed was a little hard, needs replacing, and pillows were not comfortable , go flat even if using two! Toilet paper holder hanging off the wall next to toilet. Lighted glass mirror over bathroom vanity sink was broken in the lower right corner and had a sharp edge. The front desk hotel staff were very pleasant, welcoming, and helpful.

    Nov. 7th-8th, 2025 The Good... Two bedroom, two bathroom suite, available the date I needed it. Easy check-in, Our suite was clean. Justified the price with the included breakfast. The Bad... Found broken items in our suite, mattresses in need of replacement. Breakfast was disappointing, large crowd when we went at 8:30am, items ran out and not replenished in the time we had there. OJ gone, overcooked bacon all but gone on arrival, second batch undercooked. Eggs unappealing. Settled for one yogurt before they too ran out, a muffin, cranberry juice. Coffee bar was well stocked. The Ulgy... Building Fire Alarm System had 53 troubles! Right in the lobby for all to see. (See Photo, Panel date is wrong too) All or most troubles reading Device Communication Error. Very dangerous situation when you have a building full of sleeping people. Would this system have been able to notify authorities and those inside the building in the event of a fire? I'd have been gone if I could have lined another hotel at that late hour (11pm) and had I not been on the first floor with a quick means of egress. Ownership and management is not going to like this post. I'm not out to deep six anyone's business, but a Fire Alarm issue seems pretty serious, get a professional out there ASAP to resolve this.
