My husband and I attended Winter Jam 2026 and stayed at the Reading Pa. Double Tree. It was perfectly located for the event being right across the street. The gentleman, Michael who welcomed us made sure we were taken care of and was very friendly. The check in was extremely fast and friendly as well. The manager, Nick is very accommodating and professional and made sure that everything met our expectations. The service is great. We ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel's restaurant and the manager of the restaurant could not be any more friendly. The rooms were spotless and quiet. I highly recommend if you have an event at Santander Arena stay at the Hilton Double Tree.

The only reason I didn't give a higher rating for the room is because the water pressure was horrible, the shower and bathroom could be upgraded and there was a burn in the carpet. The location is very central and convenient to highway and shopping, but it's Reading so I wouldn't recommend taking a stroll in the streets. The service in the hotel was great. Very nice and reasonable rates.

Would leave 0 stars but not an option.. Booked room 3rd party...could not make it due to a snowstorm. Stranded at another Hilton 2 hours away..called manager at reading hilton and he said he we refund my charges I just had to call corporate..corporate denied my refund..just lost a loyal customer ill stay at a motel 6 before I ever stay at a hilton again..steer clear of the hilton/hamton..bed sheets are always stained anyways..also the bugs in the breakfast area in the morning are absolutely disgusting

Service and rooms were top notch. Food was served fresh, quick, and with care. They only issue we experienced was parking deck elevator near handicapped parking was out of ordered causing us to walk up a ramp to the other elevator to enter the hotel... Not easy for physically challenged.

I've stayed here multiple times while travelling on business. Staff has always been great. Parking the attached garage is nice and it's never been hard to find a spot. Rooms are nice, nothing special but not dirty, falling apart, or gross. Hotel gym is small, but better than nothing. I've ordered room service several times and always enjoyed it. Location is meh, easy to get in and out of, but nothing special about it unless you were specifically here for something at the Arena across the street.
