My husband and I have stayed here a few times. We like that its directly across from the Santander Arena. We stay for the convenience. The beds aren't that comfortable and I always have to scrub the showers down before using. They always have a soap scum build up. ALSO, make sure you double check your room that you grabbed everything. I have been calling for 2 weeks now since our last stay for an item I forgot in the room. I've left voicemails with the housekeeping manager. I've left a message at the front desk and I've left a message with the operator who answers the phone when you call. Not a single call back.

Everything was going ok until checking out some used my hotel room number in the bar the front desk employee took it off but put it back on it took me having to keep calling for days to finally talk to a manager I will be informing hilton they need a better system on not letting someone use your room number and not verify their the guest in that room. They made me feel like I was lying and I we never go back to this hotel again other than that the room was ok but found a sock on the side of the bed didn't ask for room service so can't speak on that breakfast was delicious but have to pay for it not free but it's worth it buffet style
