  I wasn't sure what to expect with this location given I saw some recent mixed reviews. The place was fine. I mean, it wasn't a Four Seasons, but you aren't paying for a Four Seasons. I saw a comment from someone who previously reviewed this location who called the furniture 'dated'. I think that is a fair assessment, but the beds were extremely comfortable. The staff could not have been any nicer, and they directed me towards a nice place to eat dinner. My only gripe, and the reason I can't give 5 stars is that the water pressure/hot water in the showers could improve a bit. Perhaps I was taking a shower around 7am when many others were using the shower too, but the best description I could give to the hot water, was 'luke warm'. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

  Stayed here because pet friendly but I will not suggest this place if you actually walk your dog. Good to relive themselves I guess but not to walk, not even around the block unless you want a workout there is a incline you'll feel

  I must be honest. When I checked in the experience was not the best but not the worst given I checked in as a walk up. I was given a room that was very nice. Full kitchenette, nice bed etc. But then my privacy was invaded by the housekeeper who opened the door to my room without consent and walked in. After an hour waiting for someone to acknowledge or say something I no longer felt comfortable and checked out. I did have a conversation with the manager who told me that a full refund would be given for the incident. I said thank you and left. Fast forward 3 weeks later and said refund has not been refunded. I have gone back and forth with my card company who says they still have a hold on the amount for 'incidentals' yet they say another thing but will not provide a notice for the full amount being reimbursed. When I called to speak to a manager to clear up the matter I was blocked from speaking to her and the front counter guy insisyI tell him. Which I did and then asked if management was available. He said she was not available to speak to. After I called corporate to complain all of a sudden she is not only available, but texting me 5mins after the call. FYI still no refund for their mistake and I am being made to look like a bad person. Your staff went into the wrong room without knocking making me uncomfortable. The fact that I have to put so much extra effort into getting the refund owed me is ridiculous. 1/10 all because of the service.

  Great view, services are definitely great, the rooms are bit to small but worth it if you ask me, I’m currently in the hotel for 2 weeks and it’s amazing!

  The room was nice and when we checked in the girl was very nice . But in the morning at check out we made the front desk aware of our son had slipped in the shower and there was a piece of metal sticking up out of the shower drain and when he fell he cut 2 of his toes on the metal sticking out of the drain. The person at the front desk didn't act like he cared and we tried explaining there was metal sticking out of the drain ridiculous like a child was hurt .
