The comfortable bed and night manager cannot make up for nonworking EV chargers that I paid for and did not charge my car which caused us to miss the event we were in PA for, a stovetop that didn't work well, and an elevator that stopped working every few minutes after being reset. I chose this hotel for EV charging and a kitchen. We did not even stay the second night.

I mean, it wasn't a Four Seasons, but you aren't paying for a Four Seasons. I saw a comment from someone who previously reviewed this location who called the furniture 'dated'. I think that is a fair assessment, but the beds were extremely comfortable. The staff could not have been any nicer, and they directed me towards a nice place to eat dinner. My only gripe, and the reason I can't give 5 stars is that the water pressure/hot water in the showers could improve a bit. Perhaps I was taking a shower around 7am when many others were using the shower too, but the best description I could give to the hot water, was 'luke warm'. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
