You can tell that the staff at this hotel really does try their best and they are super nice, but at the end of the day the rooms feel grimy and the hotel is in great need of repair. The furniture is worn out, the appliances are grody and I feel super gross using the bathroom. Ex: The floor tile is obviously dirty in spots. The caulking in the bathroom is full of black mold. There is barely water pressure in the shower. There is a lot of staining throughout the rooms, and carpet is ripped up. Half the plugs do not work. Bottom line is that it's okay for one night, but it does feel dirty and you'll want to shower at your destination. Bring house shoes and low expectations. The breakfast is free, but not good. Plan to stop somewhere else for breakfast. That all being said, parking is never an issue and I have not had an issue with safety. Customer service: 9/10 Cleanliness: 2/10 Breakfast: 2/10 Parking: 9/10
