  Ok but Honestly not worth $160 some dollars. Everywhere was booked for Valentine’s Day and the kids wanted an indoor pool so this was our last option left. The pool was good, extremely slippery though! The room was clean but in my opinion could use a serious remodel and update. For that price do better.

  Charged $359+ for two nights when they already charged my pets stay in then they charged me extra $130 at check in for pet again and extras for not reason. I was in a rush and I don’t put attention to this scam and they blamed the website. Someone should put a stop to this robbery.

  Been staying here for years, after this last time, would NOT recommend! We came to stay here with 2 adults and 2 kids on Dec 28, checking out on Jan 1, 2026. It took us at least 30 min to check in because the rooms weren’t right, even though we called ahead twice to request connecting rooms bc we were traveling w kids. We called 1 month prior and again a couple days prior to check-in, where we were assured by the front desk that our connecting rooms were pre-assigned and would be all set. When we got there to check in, they had us on completely separate floors. It was in the notes we needed rooms together because of our young children. The girl at the front desk was polite & did her best to accommodate us at the time w what was available. Ended up in connecting rooms with a rollaway bed & extra furniture we had to move around just so we had room to walk in the room. The benches were later removed upon request the next day. When we talked to the front desk the following morning, Micah’s effort to help was much appreciated. He wanted to help but seemed limited by management in what his assigned capabilities were. He walked behind the desk to speak w a manager and I could overhear the DOS was rude to him when told about the situation & said to him that we could checkout to get our points back & go somewhere else. She didn’t seem to care about our issues, she sounded like she just didn’t want to be bothered at the time & told Micah to just call maintenance to handle whatever was needed. Then later in the day she called us to try and be helpful after realizing how often we travel & use IHG-Including the fact we stayed at this same hotel for several years in a row. She offered a ridiculously small amount of points for our trouble and apologized for the inconvenience, basically sounded scripted in effort to keep us from complaining further. We also had other family members staying at this hotel due to our recommendation bc in the past, our stays were nicer. They had similar issues during their stay as well, with the condition and comfort of the rooms. Rm 130 The entire shower wall was partially separated from the wall itself and was cracked, plus the Shower rod was coming out of the wall. Paint was falling off the bathroom ceiling. Cigarette burn in the corner chair. Desk chair was dirty. Paint was peeling off around the window, shades didn’t work properly to open and close. Tv in 130 had no guide to show channels, options for watching tv were frustrating-but the connecting room we shared had a tv with a guide showing the channels and what was on. Rm 132 Door locked but wasn’t latched all the way, the door was loose even when closed and needed to be repaired. The maintenance guy was nice & did his best to fix it, but the repairs didn’t appear to be done by someone that was qualified. Working in the construction business myself, it’s obvious this hotel is in desperate need of a physical upgrade and remodel to continue to uphold the expected IHG standard. Having stayed in similar IHG hotels throughout the year, this particular stay was disappointing, inconvenient & inconsistent with the IHG experience we’ve become accustomed to. The lobby was clean, the front desk agents & breakfast staff were always polite & professional, wanting to help, but seemed limited. When visiting the sister hotel across the parking lot to see additional family that was in town, you could see the drastic difference in how clean and well maintained the Springhill Suites (that was right next door) was compared to this Holiday Inn. In the coming years, we will look elsewhere to stay and suggest our family do the same.
