Let me preface this by saying that I am not one to write reviews online; however, the behavior exhibited by an employee today towards my 6 YEAR OLD was wholly unacceptable. My children were attending the discovery center today, April 27th, for a field trip, and an attendant in the soft play area physically with their hand touched and stopped my child and spoke to him in a disgusting tone. My child was told to “get out” of the area for “running” and this employee claimed he warned my child previously, which they had not. The flaw with this employees claim is that I was sitting outside the area watching both of my children the entire time and not once were my children warned or yelled at for running, as they had not been running prior to this incident. In addition to this, the soft play area was completely overcrowded with dozens of children who were running and had been warned but never once removed. Children were even running past this employee while they were removing my child. When I approached this employee and told them not to speak to my child like this, the employee was disgustingly rude towards me and told me my child running was against the play area rules and he could not play in there anymore, in a nasty tone. Again, while other children were running and shoving other kids right next to this employee. The employee then proceeded to stare me down and give me dirty looks/ roll their eyes whenever I was near the play area or standing in eye sight of them.
We have attended the discovery center previously, where my children spent a majority of their time in the soft play area, with no problems at all. Very disgusting behavior and power-tripping. This employee should not be allowed around children.

My 3 year-old son had so much fun here! From building your own racecar, a laser beam walk thru area, where the guest pretend to be a Ninja, to Pirate ship to explore, and even a small movie theater! Unfortunately we were visiting on vacation, cause all he talked about the next two days once we got home was going back!

Came here as a Chaperone for a Kindergarten Field Trip. It was clean and staff was friendly. Kids loved the laser maze, 4D movie, and play area. Not sure how long my kids would last here on our own, as I feel like there isn't too much to do. Seemed crowded for a Thursday morning so I can't imagine how the weekends feel! But the kids love it and I'd recommend it for sure if you're looking for something unique to do with your kids!

Legoland in Philly earns a solid four stars from our family. The kids really enjoyed it and had a great time exploring all the Lego builds and activities. It’s colorful, energetic, and clearly designed with children in mind. If your main goal is to keep the kids happy and entertained, it definitely does the job.
Personally, it’s not exactly my cup of tea, but that’s more about my own preferences than the place itself. My wife liked it a lot more and appreciated how much there was for the kids to see and do. From that perspective, it’s a win. As long as you go in knowing it’s geared toward kids first, it feels like a worthwhile outing.
The space is set up to keep children engaged with plenty of interactive areas and things to look at. It’s easy for them to burn off some energy while still being in a safe, contained environment. Parents might find it a bit loud or chaotic at times, but that comes with the territory.
Overall, Legoland Philly is a good place to take kids, especially on a rainy day when outdoor options are limited. The kids have fun, my wife enjoyed it, and even if it’s not my favorite type of attraction, I can still say it’s a solid choice for families. Four stars.

Don’t waste your money. Very disappointing. It’s inside a mall and it’s very small.
There were little work stations that showed you something you could build, but there weren’t many parts in the bins for that item.
There were big displays with buttons you could push to make parts of the displays move, but over half of the buttons were broken.
There was a small room where you could go in and build your own creation- but it was closed.
There was a snack bar for drinks and such but it was closed.
They’re selling tickets online, taking your money and providing a terrible experience.
