Our initial room had a damp dirty floor however they did switch rooms for us with no problems. It was just a slight inconvenience. It should be noted that they are under construction. One elevator is broken and it’s an open closet design in the bedroom, which I’m not a fan of other than that breakfast was great. The coffee was phenomenal and it was an overall good experience.

I’ve stayed here a few times for work. A pleasant Hampton Inn experience, with quiet rooms compared to most, and a comfortable bed. No complaints at all. Plan on 40-60 minutes if heading to the airport.

This place is a dump. Not worthy of the Hilton flag. Old and tired. Halls smelled like weed. Room smelled like wet dog. Elevator out of service. Dirty carpet.

This hotel lacked in most ways. The first thing was the absolute horrendous smell, one type in the hallways, and another in the room. I had to go and buy air fresheners just to get through the night. The bathtub had hairs and other dirt inside of it, making me think that it hadn't been cleaned properly. The gym was probably the saddest thing I've seen, with a lone Peleton bike, a couple of weighted balls, and an exercise ball. There wasn't even a water station. Breakfast was OK, but both coffee containers were completely empty when I tried to get some, so I had to alert the staff and they went and made more, which took some time and I ended up having to leave before it was ready. Overall it was a pretty bad experience and I actually ended up checking out early and switching hotels, which is not something I almost ever do. This was also a bit weird as I asked the front desk about being able to get a refund on the last night if I checked out early, and they assured me I could, so I went ahead and booked another hotel. In the morning I discussed it again with the front desk as I was about to check out, and this time they basically told me that I wouldn't get a refund. I told them what had been said by the front desk agent the night before and that I had already booked another hotel for the night based on what she said. Finally they agreed and made the refund happen. It just felt pretty crappy and almost like they tried to bait and switch me. Luckily it worked out.

There is not a circle or large area at the door to unload your luggage. The handicapped parking is close, but not right next to the entrance. The elevators are back a short hallway, not in the lobby. I had a handicapped accessible room. It was right by the elevator, and the ice was right across the hallway. There was a roll in shower & the beds were low enough to comfortably get in & out of. There was one desk chair. No additional more comfortable chairs to watch TV. There is free breakfast with make your own waffles. The bananas were over ripe with brown spots on them.
