    Upon checkin, we were asked if we would could take a King room with a pull out. The agent saw we were a family of four and I agreed. I made sure to ask there were linens and she replied yes. Once we were ready to turn in for the night, we found there were no linens nor pillows. I went downstairs and I was told they had no more pillows and only a loose bed sheet and a blanket with no cover. After some discussion, he was able to provide 2 pillows from another room. The hotel looks freshly renovated but was done terribly. Our bedroom door knob was half falling off along with other issues. I booked this on rewards and found out they charged me $25 + taxes for no reason. I would never stay here again nor would I suggest anyone else to.

    This hotel was disgusting. The carpet in our room hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. We saw a cock roach in our room. Do not book here!!

    Check in for one night at this prestigious hotel. It turns out Filthy, mold in room, coakroches on counter, blood spots on bed sheets, tained carpet, patches of paint, holes on wall, broken drape, distorted TV screen. Pity this belongs to Holiday Inn Express, this Hotel is Unsanitary, IT SHOULD BE CLOSED IMMEDIATELY.

    Older hotel, Rooms are very dated and well worn. Showers are stained and bathroom corners could use a good clean. Staff super friendly/accommodating, plus it’s close to highway. Beds are comfortable- a 2 star hotel at most. Skip and go to a newer one.
