The staff are very ethical and professional people with HUMILITY. Management and supervisory staff are ethically responsible and are accountable. I will absolutely be staying with the indigo hotel for this years NFL DRAFT AND MARATHON. The patio is beautiful in the restaurant. You have to experience your stay in Pittsburgh at the indigo hotel in east liberty in Pittsburgh. THE VERY BEST EVERYONE SHOULD BE HERE.

Back in Feb, I came to town but had to leave early due to a last minute client meeting. I spoke with Tara at the front desk who confirmed w Ryan that this was ok. I stayed like 5 nights but couldnt stay the last 3 so its not like I was trying to get a full refund. Priceline emailed him twice, he didn't respond. I called and SPOKE with him, he confirmed his email which I provided Priceline again, stilll nothing. I have emailed him 3 times directly anddd have been ignored so Ill be contacting corporate this week.

On two separate occasions, they opened the door without permission—without offering a single word of apology. Furthermore, the room cleaning was absolutely filthy; they did not clean or mop the floors at all, merely making the bed and replacing the towels. And on the day of our stay, there was still toilet paper left in the bowl! 😱
