  This holiday inn was very nice! Inside is clean and spacious. Employees were welcoming and quick to check us in. We did have some issues with our room door sticking but we were only there one night so not a huge deal. The floors are also a little confusing. Our room was on the 2nd floor of the hotel but it was actually floor 1 because the lobby was not considered floor 1. Can be a little confusing when getting on the elevator.

  This is a hotel located on the side on many highways that feeds Pittsburgh. Location is ideal and this building has a covered parking space for electric vehicles. This is my third stay in this hotel and I'm starting to feel that the maintenance has been downhill. This time, our room was a little bit crammed and had a small window, totally different from the room we had before. On the bright side, our room was cleaned everyday, which is rare in the industry nowadays. Price is still ok but the stay was just not as great value as many other times. The dining area runs off available breakfast tables in the morning (so many guests choose to eat in other areas which doesn't keep these areas clean) and the choice of items are ok while some sort of low quality. Beds were great and we had a good rest. Room walls are paper thin so cross fingers your stay doesn't include noisy neighbors. I think I'll try other hotel just for a change.

  Not up to the expectations compared to the price paid. Rooms are just average and the entire hotel is kind of dark with outdated stuff. Elevators are nightmare. Complementary breakfast is good, but ended by about 9.15am. Free parking.. I won't suggest at this price point.

  Hotel is near to major highway (376). About 6 minutes to downtown, 8 minutes to strip, 16 minutes to shadyside. Room contains Keurig coffee machine, electric iron with stand, small refrigerator ( was little rusted/ not clean), TV, hair dryer, etc. Parking is free and that too plenty of space. There's also an indoor garage at the basement for parking with limited space. Breakfast is free which includes oatmeal, green yogurt, muffins, bagels, fruits ( hardly any bananas, only oranges and apples), cereals, etc. There is a juice dispenser (orange and apple juice) and coffee machine (quality of coffee is ok). It has a small gym and pool. Overall 3 to 4 starts for this hotel

  For starters, unsure if this has affected others, but using Apple Maps and the provided address of this hotel will take you across the road to a different building. Hotel conveniently located right off an exit, and is pleasantly quiet without traffic noise. Checking in and out is rather quick and simple. Nice continental breakfast selection with an all day and night convenience coffee maker. Cons: Furniture of room and hotel is dated, marked, and dusty. Some channels unavailable on television. Limited seating for breakfast given this hotel is a conference center. Also, the hotel cannot control this of course just a FYI to travelers, this hotel is on the way to Pittsburgh airport. Which means the infamous 200 feet, 4 different exits, and a tunnel to get here. So be prepared for traffic to and from if you’re visiting the city.
