  Came for the NFL Draft with friends for the weekend and had an excellent time from the pre arrival experience all the way through the checkout. Staff was warm and welcoming. I wish I could remember more than Shannin at the desk to thank. Housekeeping was quiet and respectful every day. There was a gentleman keeping the lobby and breakfast area sparkling. He definitely took pride in the work. The team seemed to genuinely enjoy being there which is typically a sign of good leadership. Looking forward to staying at this property next time we're back in Pittsburgh.

  Stayed here for the NFL draft. Great location. Very easy location to get a ride share and your in the downtown in no time. Room was very spacious and nice. Staff was very friendly. Great free breakfast.

  This is my new favorite place to stay in Pittsburgh. We stayed here last night for the NFL draft and the staff were so friendly thank you Ms. Mary in management you rock!!! So pleasant and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was provided this morning downstairs. Again friendly staff members always looking to serve you. We will be back this fall and we are 100% staying here. Oh and the beds and pillows were comfortable too.

  We really liked this hotel. The breakfast is good, and it isn't the same every day. Check in was quick, and we got good restaurant recommendations from the staff. The rooms were clean and smelled fresh. The bed was great.. We will stay here again the next time we are on Pittsburgh.

  worst experience, after 18 years of travel . the rooms were great! the breakfast was great ! .. the lobby, had broken air conditioning, which i looked past even among a heatwave . the WORST PART ?! well, i checked out - and got home, and realized, i left one of my FAVORITE OUTFITS in the dresser drawer. i called THE SAME DAY... 8pm that night !! ... and, what ?! the front desk attendant - told me in the most horrid tone of voice - "aNy iTeMs LeFt iN tHoUSe rOomS wOulLD bE DiSCcArddeD!!!" .. i was lkke , what i, WHAT?! like, how often do people accidentally leave items in the hotel room ? you INSTANTLY THREW THEM AWAY ?!?! it was just awful , i was SO ANGRY . i will never shop at an IHG hotel again, not like it matters to them . but it mattered to me, i loved that outfit and it broke my heart that they threw it in the garbage . SO SAD!!
