Bed hard as a rock, zero outside noise control, you hear every car passing through the night, not worth the price whatsoever

First and foremost, housekeeping was amazing. I believe our housekeeper, her name is, if I'm reading Correctly the paper she handed me with her name on it, Munire. She is super super sweet and kind, very friendly while being professional! So thank you so much ma'am for being wonderful at your job! The location couldn't be any better, because my hubby and I stay here to go watch a Pittsburgh Pirates game. It's literally across the street down maybe half a block, the PNC ballpark. The heat works great thankfully because for some reason it's May and it's freezing here lol so it's nice and cozy in our room. Unfortunately not much else was good. Oh I do want to say the front desk employees were very nice, the young lady with the beautiful nails, and the gentleman who was very friendly and outgoing, they were very nice. So, there were numerous things not so good about this room unfortunately. The bed pillows are SOOOOOO flimsy and flat it's crazy that they even offer these for the price we're paying for our room. I won't even expect these pillows at a cheap hotel. They are just so flat, you may as well not even have a pillow lol. The Keurig machine is on the fritz, you have to press the power button numerous times until it turns on, and then it turns off again lol...it's a very old and beat up model, and, it's super inconvenient that I have to add water every single time I want to brew a cup. And when it's done brewing, the machine makes noise for about three minutes, like it's frozen . Very poor Keurig for the price of this room. Three of the light switches don't work in this room - the one right by the door when you walk in, the one in the little entryway, and the one in the bathroom, the light on the left, didn't work at all last night. It's literally hit or mess if it works. The shower is awesome, very roomy, and the water gets super hot thankfully. The room itself overall is extremely clean so thank you so much for that, I'm sure it's because housekeeping is on top of it. Oh we also love that there's a little food store right downstairs by the front desk! Very convenient! The curtains make it very dark in here which is perfect 👍🏼 Hopefully, The next time we come back here, it's a better Keurig, the light switches work, and there's at least decent pillows

My wife and I stayed here for two nights during the NFL draft and we had a great experience. With such a large event we appreciated all of the communication they provided in advance. The room was nice, parking is incredibly convenient and they kept the hotel safe and private even with the large event. We will stay here again for any football or baseball games. The room was nice and clean as well.

Super clean and the staff were all great. You can tell they are hard workers - they were always moving and getting things done. They absolutely made my day with oat milk out at breakfast. I will absolutely stay here again.
