- SMScott Meland1 day ago2.0The hotel is in mid remodel. So it’s hit or miss on the room condition. We had construction debris in the hallway, the smoke detectors in the hallways were covered in tape. A clear safety issue. Absolutely deficient technology package. Literally, only basic cable. Edit- there are in fact several premium channels included.-. There are no smart features and no way to link your phone or your Netflix to the TV. Tremendous machine noise in room. Sounds like an idling truck, but it’s not. Probably the HVAC for the building not the room. Measures at 42 dB. That’s super loud for a sleeping space. Intensity: 42 dB is 10 times more intense (power) than 32 dB.Perceived Loudness: 42 dB sounds twice as loud as 32 dB.
