Debbie upon learning priceline had false advertised a pool and hot tub was quick to try and rectify the room rate and get us a refund. She was very kind and courteous. I would recommend her service 100x over.

Maybe from the carpet. A plus there is many food spots walkable distances for those staying for the night.

I'm in town for the Steelers game and she was so helpful and fun, offering 5 star service at a self serve breakfast. I've stayed at IHG for 150 nights this year alone and she's made this stay top notch and memorable for our whole group. Thanks for having staff like her!
