- HNHeather NeillJan 5, 20264.0This is third time I've stayed here with my son on the way to visit family. (April 2023, October 2024, December 2025) The property is clean and well maintained. The breakfast is good. I was super disappointed that the pool was closed. It was a big draw for my son. But the most disappointing thing was the lack of food in the freezer. We deliberately stay in properties with kitchens so we can have a meal in the room. Our flight from Denver gets in at just before 11 pm. By the time we get a rental car and get out of the airport it's close to midnight when we get to the hotel. We depend on the meals in the freezer. The picture shared is from 10 am on the day we checked out but that's what it looked like when we checked in late at night. The other photo is of the unkempt back entrance. Last little comment - the two light switches inside the door to our room didn't turn on anything. I don't like having to enter a dark room late at night.

John, our shuttle driver, deserves special recognition as well. He went above and beyond to make us feel like family. Through his stories and passion, I learned so much about the Steelers and the city of Pittsburgh. His genuine love for the team and this city made us fall in love with Pittsburgh even more. Breakfast was outstanding-clean, well-stocked, and delicious. The cook did an amazing job, ensuring everything was fresh, plentiful, and spotless so every guest could start their day off right. The overall vibe here is something special: love, friendship, and that true "Pittsburgh family" feeling. The connections and memories we gained just by staying here will stay with us forever. My brother and I are beyond grateful for this experience. On top of everything, the location is very convenient, with stores and restaurants within walking distance, which made our stay even better. If you're looking for a place to stay, Staybridge Suites Pittsburgh Airport by IHG, is absolutely the way to go. It's affordable, clean, family-friendly, and filled with staff who genuinely care about their guests. Highly, highly recommend!
