We were very pleased with everything from the very clean and spacious king bed room to the absolutely wonderful staff we encountered throughout our stay. The staff was polite and friendly and very helpful and accommodating with my mother and I and our mobility issues. We are in Oakland area a lot for doctor appointments, so we are adding this hotel to the top of our list of usual places to stay. And the food at the in house restaurant was delicious and the wait staff delivering room service were also wonderful.

I said the tax rate in pa is 7% so that doesn't make sense. I asked how she got to 30.00. She says she doesnt know. Theres a serious issue if employees cant even explain their own fees. Theres a garage to the left and the wknd rate is 5.00. Just let people park for free. They already paid for a room and other fees. If anything have knowledgeable employees. It makes customers think the business is a joke if they arent knowledgeable.

Parking is $22 plus tax total $30.25 per day to park. There were 2 of us with cars. It would have been the cost of a room for one night to park. On-site parking is listed as an amenity it should not be listed there. Had I known it was paid parking I would of choose a different hotel.😤😡Then as we were sleeping the vent popped open and I could not close it. One of us got sick because the temperature was not consistent! I am so upset about the parking charge! Again I will never stay here again!
