My son and I enjoyed our stay here. I think the only thing that makes this a 3-star hotel is the fact that it has a restaurant/bar. I expected more, but we didn’t experience any issues during our stay.

Nice, if fairly basic, hotel. Good fitness room and large guest rooms. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

Pretty disappointing experience at this hotel. No onsite parking. You have to find a spot for street parking which is heavily occupied most of the times. The room was pretty spacious and comfortable but service was sub par. The front desk experience (had two separate interactions with two individual ladies) was not respectful and friendly. Now comes the most frustrating part , the room was serviced the next morning of my check in but towels were not restocked. next day they missed room service entirely even though the welcome letter clearly states that rooms are serviced on daily basis. I reported to front desk of evening shift and they said they can't do anything and I need to tell the morning shift person. Next morning I informed them and they took a note of my request but when I returned back in evening, room was still not serviced. i called the front desk and the lady said she only handles check in and checkout and I need to wait till 7 AM to speak to a manager. She said she can't do anything else and there is no body else she can connect me with to escalate the issue. Finally When I asked if she can move me to another room, She agreed. If it was one day missed service, I can give benefit of doubt but two consecutive days of same issue is not acceptable. I wouldnt recommend this hotel until they fix these issues and train the staff to deal with guests with respect and dignity. This hotel shows up as 4 star in some places and 3 star in others. But I think it's less than 2 stars.

Planned a trip to The Museum of Natural History for our son's birthday. The smiling staff was a welcome site after a long drive. The decor was Christmassy and inviting with music playing as we walked in. Room was roomy, clean and warm. The staff were exceptionally friendly. Assante, the valet was extremely kind and just fantastic. Bathroom was immaculate, well lighted, large mirror and plenty of counter space with a large shower. All soap bottles were full. Beds were clean, very comfortable and we slept well. I always pull sheets to check for bedbugs, saw none. Adequate charge ports and plug ins. Wifi worked well. We could have used more than one chair in the room. The concession area is expensive but adequate. No bottle of soda should be near $5. Breakfast did take about 45 minutes to arrive and we had to eat quickly to leave on time. Checkout was quick and simple. Hotel was close to the museum and more than adequate for our needs. Thank you.

I booked a room wss sleeping staff came to my door 12am when i had to wake up for work and said I had 5 mins to get my belongings together (witch was a lot) because there was a water leak. Half asleep i packed in a hurry and moved rooms. I left a expensive gold chain with a cross and Jesus piece on it, a white gold ring with diamonds all in it. And very expensive diamond earrings. I\nAsked the cleaning people the managers, the staff. No one never turned it in.That was about seven thousand dollars worth of jewelry. I ended up staying at the hotel for more days i was wondering why the bill was so high. They never even told me that the price went up by $50.The other two days. Then I was 20 minutes past checkout time.\n They was not trying to let me go into the room to retrieve all my belongings, my purse, my money, my clothes shoes, luggage, everything I brought with me. They were not letting me try to get. So I wanted to book another night that way I can get in the room to be able to get my stuff and even though nobody was taking the room that I was in.\n They was not trying to give me the same one back.. i asked speak to a manager about 12 to 15 times the staff.Keep saying they're gonna let him know and never did. I paid for a thirty dollar freezing cold breakfast.. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody for the amount of money we pay staying 4 to 5 nights in a row you would think they would accommodate me a little bit more for all the problems I had over and over and over again since i've been here. I would sleep in a tent in the middle of the winter before sleeping at this hotel again. That's how bad my experience was
