Would not recommend this place. Our refrigerator didnt work and the blinds were broke. You could hear the traffic all night long. Had breakfast vouchers for the 2 days we were there and there wasn't even a cook on site.

Room eas clean and the staff was nice. Went for downstairs for dinner since they had a restaurant. But they only had Mac n cheese with no cheese. So I had to get out in the weather. The next morning I went down for breakfast and the cook never showed up. The bed was also hard as a rock. So I did not sleep well.

During my stay this past summer, I noticed significant lapses in cleanliness, including stains on the bedspread from previous guests and a dirty shower upon check-in. Unfortunately, these issues persisted during my most recent visit. I found it necessary to specifically request that my room be vacuumed and mopped and that the beds be made - services that should be standard for any guest. I want to clarify that while a Thai tea was accidentally spilled on the bed while I was working on my doctoral research, this was an isolated accident and not an intentional act. I have consistently tipped the housekeeping staff and expressed my gratitude for their work, as my only goal was to return to a hygienic environment.
Beyond cleanliness, I became gravely concerned about the safety and security of the premises. I encountered two individuals who appeared to be unauthorized guests inside the building. In one instance, an individual was using a knife to open food in a common area; in another, an individual was yelling at the bar attendant. These encounters created an environment that felt neither safe nor professional. When I asked the cleaning person to take the trash she responded i thought that was your personel things.
Most disturbing, however, was my interaction with the front desk manager, Ryan. When I requested change for the laundry facilities, Ryan informed me he could not open the safe and demanded I use my bank card in the machine. When I declined, I asked about the professional relationship between my institution and the hotel. Ryan responded by stating that my school spends enough money that, if he were to call them, I would be "put in my place." This comment was threatening, unprofessional, and entirely unacceptable. And that was when I called Dr. Pat Lee.
Furthermore, I must note that I observed a palpable sense of racial indifference from both the parking attendant and Ryan. As a minister and a scholar, I hold myself to a high standard of conduct; I was never aggressive, I remained polite, and I followed all protocols. To be met with such hostility and bias is a significant departure from the hospitality I expect. I am sharing this feedback in the hope that you will take the necessary steps to protect your cohort and improve your housekeeping standards, security protocols, and staff sensitivity training. I look forward to your response regarding how these matters will be resolved.

Checked in late in the evening. I was rushed and customer service wasn't friendly at all. Keys were handed no room # was provided. Just the floor was provided. I paid for breakfast with my reservation and no vouchers were provided.
Next morning I approached the desk friendly hoping for a better interaction and wasn't met with a friendly person. When I spoke and began to ask a question I was asked to wait. So I apologized and waited for her to finish reading something or doing something on the computer.
Before she assisted me as I stood there waiting for her to finish. She looked up and loudly asked the couple with child walking out if they were checking out as I stood at the desk before she helped me. I explained I paid for breakfast but didn't get vouchers. She looked and provided me with a few vouchers. Next day she looked up and loudly asked me if I was checking out as I left for my business engagement. Unfortunately she was simply rude.
Great experience with who I believed was the manager one day as I waited for breakfast at the bar/takeout area for me.
Room was huge and comfortable for multiple nights. I would recommend to add an extender HDMI cord behind the tv's. I travel with a firestick and would have loved to use it. TV was bolted/locked to the wall which is understandable. Just wish I had the option.
Great location in better weather its walkable for my meetings & business engagements.
