Absolutely phenomenal experience. Had a harrowing few days in Pittsburgh and I was so glad to be able to decompress at Indigo. Friendly staff, DELICIOUS breakfast, and extremely comfortable rooms. Showers were spacious and the provided toiletries were all premium. Plus unbeatable location and a great price to boot. Would give more stars if I could. Highly recommended!!!

One of the dirtiest and most dingy hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Housekeeping was screaming and slamming doors at 7 a.m., making it impossible to sleep. Only positive was the location—otherwise I would’ve left, but everything else was sold out. Definitely not worth the stay.

This hotel is horrible. It was so disgusting. Furniture was filthy in room. Found a bug on the floor near bed. Bed was not very comfortable and the pillows were terrible. It is not 3 star hotel- more like a motel. I was roped in by a good price and really regret it - looking back I think you’re better of spending $30-50 more and sleeping comfortably

Very nice hotel! Desk staff were great when we came in and extremely friendly. Reggie was the cherry on top to our experience. Luckily we found street parking and saved that steep $35 valet charge. No carpeting in the room made it quite loud and echoed a lot. I felt like I was trying to be more quiet in the room than I am at my apartment. Hotel room was nice overall and very spacious.

The hotel has a lot a deferred maintenance that needs to be done . No chair in room (except a desk chair). I've actually never been in a hotel room that didn't have a place sit except the bed! Thankfully, was not spending a lot of time in my room. The soap is cheap and harsh....had to go and buy my own hand soap. HOWEVER...ASIA at the front desk is a TOTAL sweetheart!! Very easy to work with and she's knowledgeable about the hotel and the area. Really enjoyed working with her! If there was a rating for front desk service she would get a 20 out of 10!!!!
