The staff especially Friday January 4th when we checked in was over the top friendly and accomidating. Rooms were very clean and spacious. My only suggestion on a Steelers weekend the bar has to be open. All weekend it was closed. They said someone was out for a family emergency which is understandable. But this is an opportunity to cross train staff to even just serve the basics. Would have loved to sit and have a few drinks and shoot pool or play shuffleboard.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! Best location! Right next to the science center and the museum of illusions! We got the biggest room in the hotel, room 717. Was a bit loud because random guys threw a party at 9:00 at night, but overall, it was super amazing and i highly recommend staying here for sure.
