While the room itself was nice, it was also the price you'd expect.
Parking was awful during the entire stay and they handed me a pass without mentioning a cost for it. During check in they asked for a credit card and I double checked with them they were ONLY charging me for the incidentals and that would be refunded if nothing was wrong with the room (there wasn't).
I would not have paid 5$ for their parking situation, not to mention the near 90$ I was charged.
They then offered to refund it on the phone, but after hanging up and writing my initial review about their good customer service, the manager reached out that I would still be charged for part of the stay.
Very dishonest management, decent room, mid/mediocre everything else. He said I was disappointed in parking with his reply, I'm disappointed they said 3 different things about the situation. Offering me a refund, then emailing me something different after is one of the most un-professional things I've seen from a hotel.
Also, the parking was 20$ a night in other lots, so I would have saved money on city parking and it was more convenient.

Great place to stay for visits to Terminal market and local museums. Breakfast and EV chargers on site are also terrific.

We used the Homewood Suites as our wedding overnight accommodations the weekend of 9/12-9/13 and we were so happy with everything! Corin was great to work with. She even wrote my husband and I a congratulatory card for our wedding night. Our favorite part, though, was the reception staff on the evening of our wedding. They let us hang out in the lobby and eat pizza as an unofficial after party. They brought out chairs, plates, and napkins. The hospitality was a 10/10. I’d highly recommend this hotel for your wedding block!

The staff were wonderful and helpful, and the rooms were spacious and clean. The free breakfast was a perk. The location is perfect - super close to cute shops and restaurants. My reason for giving 4 stars is that there was little to no sound insulation between rooms. I was awoken promptly at 7am to our upstairs neighbor stomping around until 8:30am and you could hear every little thing so clearly, even the toilet flushing. If you choose to stay here, I recommend you request a room on the top floor, otherwise I hope you are a heavy sleeper. Also it’s $26/night to park, and there limited spaces in the covered underground parking lots, so we had to park in an adjacent uncovered and unsecured parking lot for the same price.
