The service is superb Every member of the staff made you feel welcome and cared about. Shauni was able to find me a room hours before expected check in and her counterparts at the front desk were always cheerful and helpful. excellent value for the room rate as well

Shauni at the front desk was helpful and attentive. Came up with multiple suggestions for things to do in the area, including places to eat. The hotel is within walking distance of a variety of attractions, including PPG Arena, Heinz museum and the Pirates Stadium. The breakfast was excellent; they even had pulled pork and 24 x 7 complimentary coffee and tea. The room was clean and came with a full-size refrigerator, as well as microwave, stove, sink, dishwasher, silverware and dishes. Located within the Strip District, we were able to walk to all attractions and leave the car in the parking garage. Parking comes with a nightly fee.

It's a nice place, but I give the cleaning a strong B+. Parking is not bad, but park in their outside lot. Inside parking is too compact. Would stay again!

Every time we travel into Pittsburgh, especially the Strip District, we like to stay in the Homewood Suites. It's not very expensive and the rooms are exceptionally spacious. My family highly recommends staying there.

I am a resident of the Strip district and love living down here. Unfortunately last week my apartment flooded in the middle of the night and my dog and I were left without a place to stay. The Homewood suites was the closest dog friendly hotel I could find. I had no expectations whatsoever because I just needed a (dry) roof over our heads. But, the bar was set so high from my experience at Homewood. Despite it being a dog friendly hotel, you’d never know. It is so clean and doesn’t smell like dog at all (I say as a loving dog owner). The rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. Great complimentary breakfast in the morning. And overall the vibe of the hotel is so calm enjoyable. Not to mention it is in a great location for those from out of town who want to experience the city. I can’t recommend or speak highly enough of the Homewood suites! I do want to specially thank Shauni, the AGM at the hotel, who was so mindful of my situation for the entirety of my stay. She made sure I was taken care of and doing okay despite literally being displaced from my home. I ended up staying a full week there, and will recommend to anyone coming in to town!
