  I had an extended stay at this lovely hotel right off the Parkway Center Mall exit in Greentree. The employees were so welcoming and friendly upon checking in, and checking out. The hotel is spacious with a modern vibe about it. It has an incredible (and very clean) gym that I really took advantage of and a huge indoor pool. My room was a “suite” on a ground level, which was the only one they had- it was dark and overlooked a cold, snowy parking lot which was strange. The girl at the front desk did offer to move me in the morning if I didn’t like the room which was very nice of her. The toilet was not flushed when I entered and there was tissues in the garbage can in the bathroom- almost like a worker was in there and didn’t flush. I can’t imagine a maid not cleaning the toilets before a new guest checked in! Kitchen was really small but adequate, there was a private bedroom, and living room, and the morning buffet was a great treat. All in all this is a great hotel for the price and it’s just 4 minutes from downtown Pittsburgh, even with traffic in the morning, it’s not a bad commute. Highly recommend this hotel.

  The rooms are old and need to be renovated. The rooms are sound proof either. I had disturbed noice from other rooms.

  The hotel is in an older building, but has many upgrades which are very nice. The rooms are comfortable and pretty large for a hotel room. The entrance and lobby is very very nice as well as the gym and pool area.

  This hotel was clean on the interior, the rooms were nice, the breakfast was nice, and location was convenient. that's why its getting 3 stars in stead of 1. over the 4 days we stayed there unfortunately our nostrils and lungs had to be assaulted almost every time we walked out side do to the guest ( i think) who was smoking disgusting marijuana right y the door. literally in front of the sign that says no smoking. the smell came into the lobby and i could tell he was out there as soon as i came down from the elevator. there is no one the front desk was unaware this was happening. infact this guest (or possibly employee) was awfully chummy with multiple staff. i had to run my kids to the car so that they weren't exposed to the disgusting stench.
