The room quality was nothing like what the pictures lead us to believe. Our room smelled like weed for 3 days because a neighboring room smoked up the place. The breakfast had little options and the lady working the breakfast area was extremely rude and hateful.

Reviews and photos do not match. We booked a king room for one night and arrived around 9pm. The front desk staff was very nice but when we got to the room it was dirty. The floors looked like that had not been vacuumed and the shower had hair and crusty stuff on the wall. The floor to the shower was yellow and looked like it had not been scrubbed in a while. When we checked out in the morning I let the man at the front desk know which he was going to speak with the house cleaning management.

Stayed here a night prior to riding the GAP trail. Great hotel for the price. I want to give a shout out to staff member Colleen who helped me recover an item left behind in our room.

I needed the feather pillows replaced due to allergies. We never did get the pillows. The coffee station has no creamer or stir sticks. When I asked an employee the first person just stared at me and the second person just shrugged his shoulders at me.

Older building with a nice lobby and dated rooms. It’s more like a Quality Inn than a Holiday Inn Express in quality. The sofa in my room was dirty and dilapidated. My room had gnats in the bathroom that seemed to come from the drains which have a smell. There was a lot of yelling in the morning, and my neighbors weed smell permeated my room and hallway corner, so the clientele here is questionable. WiFi was not up to par either. However there were plenty of outlets which you don’t always see in newer properties. It is located right off 376, which is convenient, and next door is a decent bar/restaurant called The Alcove if you don’t want to drive somewhere for food. I doubt I’ll stay here again. Two better options down the hill towards Carnegie.
