Newly upgraded rooms, very clean and offered an amazing breakfast every morning with different options. Highly recommend staying here.
- BRBrad RitenourNov 11, 20251.0I stayed at this hotel for a weekend with co-workers for a Penguin’s and Steelers game. When we arrived there was no hot water but they said it would be fixed. After 2 days it was never fixed but the hotel said they would give me a 25% discount which I was fine with. 3 weeks later and 5 phone calls I have not received my 25% discount. My last call to them I spoke with Miss Betty for the second time (who said she was a manager) and she yelled at me and hung up on me. Do not stay at this hotel the staff is rude always on their phones at the front desk and do not care about their guests

It was so comfortable guys let me express to you how comfortable the beds are the view of the city and the bridge was beautiful We stayed 2 nights for the bar crawl I was definitely stay here again It's right on the strip everything is in walking distance. People were polite they were fun to be around trust when I say definitely worth staying here. The staff was amazing breakfast was really good nothing too crazy omelets regular or vegetable any kind of muffin or bagel you would like with different milks and orange juices and apple juice homemade pancakes you just stick it through the machine sausage.

This has happened before we checked in, and while the reception mentioned that we should have received the emails regarding this, I could not find any of them at all. Anyway, second day of our stay the water was still not there, and we asked for the full reimbursement and immediate cancellation of our stay. The manager agreed to that, yet later we figured out the check out was never processed. Third day since it happened, and we are still fighting with the hotel regarding all this mess.
