The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is also very close to the incline and the Steelers stadium (if you take the boat). I would definitely recommend it!

I was expecting an apple and a muffin instead got a full hot breakfast and coffee on tap. awesome experience would stay here again for sure. Let’s go penguins.

They had plenty of parking on site and easy access. The only thing that I was dissatisfied with is that I had to pay for the parking on site which I don't agree with, all hotels should provide free parking to their customers as most people are from out of town and drive but otherwise I would recommend this hotel.

When checking in we were greeted by Samera, whose wonderful personality shined through. Her lovely smile and customer service made our trip very special. Our room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast served each morning was very nice and grinding our own beans for delicious coffee was extra special. I highly recommend staying here.
