    Stayed here in October. I expressed my concern about an issue with the pool to Josh Gray the assistant manager and he didn't show an ounce of concern but simply stated that I was wrong. A simple apology would have been appropriate. Thank you for a response but as I stated in numerous emails, no signage was posted. Why would someone go into a pool if it was closed for maintenance. Your front desk agent was not made aware of the closure either. I also shouldn’t have to ask for an apology—that’s basic hospitality, especially when a guest reports a safety concern.

    Just wanted to share some feedback about my stay. The hair dryer in my room didn’t work, and when I tried calling the front desk, the phone wasn’t working either. I asked for a replacement but never got one. The Wi-Fi didn’t work during my stay, and both the water fountain and the gym’s water dispenser were out of order—so there was no way to refill my bottles. I was told I’d need to buy water or wait until the breakfast bar opened the next morning. As a Platinum member, I also didn’t get my usual room preferences. I normally stay at Holiday Inns because they’re consistent and reliable, but this stay was definitely below expectations.
