The room was older and the toilet was loose every time you sat down on it. The next morning, we asked to be moved to another room and were given a new upgraded room. Why could Holiday Inn Express give us the new room on Friday night? I would like to speak with the manager.
- SKSandeep KumarNov 24, 20255.0Such a delightful experience at the front desk staff....we reached late due to flight delay...but the front desk person had all the things ready...he put us in the newly renovated rooms next to each other to accodomate our family needs and was super helpful throughout the process...will stay here again...should i travel to pittsburgh....approximately 15 mins away from airport and close to major shops & restaurants.
