The first weekend the key card system was down and the staff had to scan us into the elevator and then into our room. They were pretty cheerful about the whole situation. On our second stay the staff could barely be bothered to check us in. The location is quite convenient to a wide variety of restaurants, it was easy to navigate to and from.
