  Room was clean, friendly at check in and check out. Breakfast was good and convenient location near plenty of food and grocery.

  Bathroom floor has debris including bits of toilet paper left behind after being cleaned for our arrival. The mounted shampoo in the shower was empty. The room phone did not provide a clear connection to the front desk requiring a walk down to the desk or a call from a personal phone. The beds were not made properly. Staff training, supervision and maintenance routines should be improved.

  Hands down the place to stop off at when traveling along the tollway east coast to Midwest. The rooms are stocked with several WiFi routers, soft sheets, plump pillows, and comfortable beds. The staff at this location can make you to order almost anything you would like and if you want to grab a quick meal this location is surrounded by several top fast-food chains to soothe that late night snack attack. The only thing better that all of that is the amazing ladies at the front desk, we had Christy who was a god-send that went out of her way above and beyond to help with my very sick wife.. this place has the location being just off the tollway surrounded by gas stations, eateries, and coffee shops, great amenities at the hotel, and some of the best most kind people I have had the pleasure of being around in all my travels around the world so far. No question, this is the best place to rest if you ever find yourself traveling across country.

  The gentleman with the championship from Robert Morris that we dealt with in Friday 1/23/2026 was 6 stars. Fantastic service. Room was very nice. Breakfast was good. Morning staff, didnt catch her name, but upon checkout seemed cold. We lost an item as we were leaving that was rather important. She seemed rather bothered when we called in on our way back to the hotel asking if anyone had seen it and if not to please be on the look out for it. Once we arrived back we did find the object outside not far from the door. Luckily no one had taken it or damaged it. Review would have possibly been a 5 star had She been a little more hospitable and definitely would have been if she had even told me let alone attempted to look outside to see if the item had been dropped. Overall would stay again. And again the gentleman on the night shift, funny, smart, charismatic, and essentially a real pleasure to speak to let alone do business with. Keep it up good sir.
