- NNNateJan 3, 20265.0The staff is one of the most impressive parts of this location. The staff at the front desk were excellent upon our arrival. They were helpful and pleasant. The room was clean and well kept. The location is clutch if the strip district is the place you plan on visiting the most. It's a short walk to most of the main hub areas of the strip. The pool and hot tub were clean, which having an indoor pool is a plus for the kids. The breakfast was better than expected and always well stocked. Overall, the staff here makes this place a great stay for a quick Pittsburgh trip. Well done.

It became even more stressful right before checkout when we requested a 30-minute late checkout, from 12:00 to 12:30, and we were surprised by the response we received. Fortunately, Shawna then stepped in and tried to resolve the misunderstandings. She handled the situation in a very professional manner, and I truly appreciated her support. Because of Shawna, I am giving this stay 4 out of 5.

There was a dog on the floor that was barking, which caused us to have some issues with sleeping. Big shout out to James, at the front desk. He went above and beyond to assist us. This is why we continue to stay at Hampton Inn!!
- SPStacy PainterDec 22, 20254.0Have stayed here twice for appts my child had in Pittsburgh. Fairly easy to get to children's from here. Free on-site parking. Pool is open late. Wish they worked more with costumers for booking negotiations instead of having to use a 3rd party booking site to help with cost. Would prefer to book directly when possible.
