The stay and location went well. However, I woke up with my phone plugged in yet my phone did not charge. Only one USB outlet worked. The pillows were like cotton balls. To seal the deal....we arrived downstairs to caught the shuttle. He asked if we had scheduled it. I advised him no, I was told during check in to "just come down" as she pointed to the sign about the shuttle. In other words we were given the wrong information.

I booked this hotel directly through your official website, where it stated that a 24/7 shuttle service was provided. This information was also visible in the Hilton app at the time of booking and during my stay.
At 9:00 PM on the day of arrival, I called the hotel to inform the front desk that my flight was delayed. I was then told that I would need to arrange my own transportation. I checked in at approximately 1:30 AM and had to pay $45 for a Lyft.
The following day (Sunday), when checking out around 2:00 PM, I asked again about arranging the shuttle and was told that shuttle service was not available that day. As a result, I had to pay for another Lyft.
In total, I spent nearly $100 in additional transportation costs solely because the shuttle service advertised on your website and app was not actually available. Had the information been accurate, I would not have booked this hotel and would have chosen a competitor offering the same rate with confirmed shuttle service.
I feel misled by the incorrect information provided online and am requesting full reimbursement for both Lyft rides. I have receipts for the Lyft charges as well as screenshots showing that the hotel advertised 24/7 shuttle service at the time of booking and during my stay.
Additionally, I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism at the front desk. During one interaction, I felt as though I was interrupting the receptionist’s Netflix show rather than being assisted as a guest.
I am leaving a 1-star review only because the hotel property itself is nice. Unfortunately, the overall guest experience deserves a lower rating of ZERO due to misinformation and poor service.
I look forward to your response and a prompt resolution of this matter.

I am impressed with their team. They are friendly, courteous and helpful, especially the young lady in the breakfast area. The room is spacious and the furnishings comfortable. The facility is clean and maintained other than expected wear and tear.
I have one drawback but it is not under control of the Hampton. The traffic pattern is confusing, complicated and congested. Someone needs to seriously observe what happens in this area.
That said, I anticipate I will return to this motel in future visits.
