The room is spacious and the furnishings comfortable. The facility is clean and maintained other than expected wear and tear. I have one drawback but it is not under control of the Hampton. The traffic pattern is confusing, complicated and congested. Someone needs to seriously observe what happens in this area. That said, I anticipate I will return to this motel in future visits.

The road noise is very bad on the 3rd floor facing the highway. Pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. I went down for water last night and there were 4 groups of people behind the desk trying to check themselves in because they waited over 20 minutes for a front desk attendant that was no where to be found.

Housekeeping was called and Liz said there was an absolute problem with my bed. How does one guest spend the night and something happens in that room from someone else but instead of doing something about it and preparing it for the next guest, I felt like I was staying at a Motel 6. Poor cleanliness on my stay.
