Do not book. It will get canceled minutes after. They claim they no longer operate as a hotel and is being used for Pitt Housing. This is not reflected on app or website.

They just cancelled my reservation for the spring Pitt graduation with no explanation. Very poor form. I expect more from Hilton hotels.

My first time in Pittsburgh and the hotel was great. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, breakfast was really good for the price, and location was perfect for everything we needed. The food recommendations were spot on and our room was clean and comfortable. My one and only gripe would be there isn’t a dedicated pet relief area. We were able to find a spot a little ways away but I travel with a service animal and that wasn’t the most convenient. I would 100% recommend to a friend not traveling with pets
