I’ve stayed at far worse places! The room was quiet and clean. The room was 84 degrees when we first got there, so we had to turn on the AC to even it out. The room was worth the price I paid.

My son and his gf were staying the night. They had a night of drinks and a disagreement and she left his room. There were no avail rooms at the hilton inn greentree, so i called the front desk and spoke with JACKIE to try to get another nearby hotel and i was going to pay for it. But she went off saying the girl cannot stay in their lobby and i was trying to get help for her but JACKIE was more concerened with calling the cops on the girl to throw her out. Ive neverbeen treated with such disrespect from any hotel before like this woman. She has no business in working a front desk anywhere. This is horrible. I will never stay there nor will my family nor friends.

Worst Stay Ever – Avoid This Location at All Costs Where do I even start? First, the hotel is not soundproof. Rooms on the odd side of the building are constantly filled with freeway noise. Housekeeping is extremely loud and inconsiderate. They let doors slam repeatedly while cleaning, with no attempt to use stoppers or show any awareness of guests trying to rest. If they start cleaning near your room, forget about sleeping, just leave. After complaining, I was moved to the 4th floor on the even side, but that was somehow worse. Do not take any room near the elevator. The vending and ice machines are right beside it, and the noise carries straight into the rooms. Room 414 was a nightmare every clunk, bang, and conversation at the vending machine could be heard clearly inside. The air conditioning system is another disaster. After 10 PM, the controls stop responding properly, and the unit seems to run on its own schedule. Despite multiple complaints, the front desk staff were dismissive and uninterested. The lady on duty acted as if she couldn’t care less. On top of that, the bathroom vent blasts constant air that cannot be adjusted or turned off. The temperature can’t be controlled, it just keeps blowing cold air nonstop, making the bathroom uncomfortable to use. I’ve attached a photo showing exactly what I mean. Things got even worse on the second night when a youth hockey team checked in. The kids repeatedly kicked doors and ran through the halls after 10 PM. I reported it multiple times, but there was no action. The staff claimed that only a manager could review the security cameras and apparently, no manager is onsite on weekends. I had to step out of my room several times just to tell the kids to stop myself. Where was the security? Where was hotel management? Nowhere to be found. This experience was completely unacceptable. I am relieved to be out of that place and will never stay at this location again. I plan to contact Hilton corporate to file a formal complaint. Consider this a heads-up to anyone thinking of booking here: don’t.
