My only complaint is that the checkout is 11 but they shut down breakfast at 10:00 and it's not really communicated. So when we went down to check out they were packing up breakfast.

Worst Stay Ever – Avoid This Location at All Costs Where do I even start? First, the hotel is not soundproof. Rooms on the odd side of the building are constantly filled with freeway noise. Housekeeping is extremely loud and inconsiderate. They let doors slam repeatedly while cleaning, with no attempt to use stoppers or show any awareness of guests trying to rest. If they start cleaning near your room, forget about sleeping, just leave. After complaining, I was moved to the 4th floor on the even side, but that was somehow worse. Do not take any room near the elevator. The vending and ice machines are right beside it, and the noise carries straight into the rooms. Room 414 was a nightmare every clunk, bang, and conversation at the vending machine could be heard clearly inside. The air conditioning system is another disaster. After 10 PM, the controls stop responding properly, and the unit seems to run on its own schedule. Despite multiple complaints, the front desk staff were dismissive and uninterested. The lady on duty acted as if she couldn’t care less. On top of that, the bathroom vent blasts constant air that cannot be adjusted or turned off. The temperature can’t be controlled, it just keeps blowing cold air nonstop, making the bathroom uncomfortable to use. I’ve attached a photo showing exactly what I mean. Things got even worse on the second night when a youth hockey team checked in. The kids repeatedly kicked doors and ran through the halls after 10 PM. I reported it multiple times, but there was no action. The staff claimed that only a manager could review the security cameras and apparently, no manager is onsite on weekends. I had to step out of my room several times just to tell the kids to stop myself. Where was the security? Where was hotel management? Nowhere to be found. This experience was completely unacceptable. I am relieved to be out of that place and will never stay at this location again. I plan to contact Hilton corporate to file a formal complaint. Consider this a heads-up to anyone thinking of booking here: don’t.

This was, without question, the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had — and at a Hilton partner property, no less. During our stay, a children’s hockey team and their parents completely took over the hotel. The lobby was chaos: drunk adults openly drinking while unsupervised children ran wild, screaming and racing through the halls with no control whatsoever. When I approached the front desk simply to ask for hot water, I had to shout to be heard over the noise. The staff were clearly overwhelmed, and the four minutes I spent in the lobby were unbearable. It wasn’t just noisy — it was unsafe, unprofessional, and utterly unacceptable. To make matters worse, when I mentioned the noise in the elevator, one of the parents told me to “calm down — they’re only 11.” I regularly attend tournaments and stay at hotels with children, and I have never witnessed this level of unruliness or seen parents behave so disrespectfully and irresponsibly. If you’re looking for a safe, relaxing, or respectful environment, avoid this hotel at all costs. This property does not uphold Hilton’s standards or basic guest courtesy.
