You can just come back to your room around midnight and start blasting music and partying as loud as you want, and they don't care! It's awesome. After a while, some guy did come and ask us to turn the music down just a little bit because apparently someone "complained" but we just ignore it and keep going. We went out again and came back around 2am and just keep going. I don't know, I just had so much energy and was so into it, so one of our friends came. We were blasting some oldies (not that we're old lol). It just felt great because most hotels they want things to stay quiet, but not here. We felt free to do whatever we felt like no matter how other guests might feel. That's an incredible feeling. We'll def stay here again. I know from some other review that they let you smoke so we gotta try that next time. Def recommend this for a fun time!
- TETabetha EveretteFeb 19, 20261.0If I could give this hotel a zero for everything I would. This was the worst experience of my life for it to be my first time traveling to Pittsburgh. Due to a new person being on staff when I arrived and the official check in time being hours later and $29 for parking (my equipment could not even fit in their garage) I was denied a refund when I tried to cancel hours before the check in time. I was given the runaround for days with each employee telling that there was no manager on site to talk to me. Surprisingly, there was a manager there on the day that I was supposed to be checking out. I went through a third party to book the room and they explained to me that my stay was still showing as active in their system. How is it possible that my stay is still showing as active but I spoke with both the hotel and the third party vendor the exact same night requesting to cancel and I get charged the cancelation fee the very next day? This hotel does very shady business and does not care about customer concerns only taking your money. I was charged $141.36 for a room that I never even stepped foot in or saw. RESERVE AND/OR STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

I love the high ceiling in the room, and the yoga equipment inside the room. The front desk is very friendly and helpful. There is no microwave in the room, but the microwave is easy to use in the lobby. They have a huge lobby with plenty tables and seats, I think it’s convenient enough.
