To make worse we call ask speak with the manager isn't available. Now they charge for water from lobby! Really we didn't get anything from lobby NOW they need to investigate think $17 may not match 😒 but add it up how many customers do this.
- ITi taNov 11, 20251.03連泊で予約してるのに、「2連泊だろ。チェックアウトしろ」と言ってきて怖かった。わざわざ夜、用事があり、体力温存のため休んでいたのに、「レセプションに予約確認書を見せにこい」と大柄な態度でスタッフが言ってきたのは許せない。しかも、agodaの予約書を見せても謝罪もない。 あと、チェックインの際、「セキュリティフィーで1泊につき50ドル取る」と言われたが、agodaに電話したりして、agodaがIHGに電話して、それがデポジットだとわかるのに1時間くらいはかかった。スタッフがデポジットだとわかっていなかったとは、論外だ。 予約の時にジョイナリーホテルと迷ったが、ジョイナリーホテルにしておけばよかった。こんなホテル二度と泊まらない。

One star off due to some issues with the hot water that did get resolved but was a bit annoying to deal with at the time.

I love the modern look of Even and I appreciated the entrance security features. The staff were incredibly friendly and informative! We booked the Deluxe King and it was really nice and clean- that bathroom shower was Heavenly and easily fit 2 ppl. The workout equipment in the room for early yoga was a nice touch! We didn’t get a chance to checkout the amenities but were told about the game room, dining options, and the 24hr gym. The only minus is the “city view” is just the parking deck across the street, but just look up or better yet, go outside!
