Other than the parking/valet situation, it was a great stay. Wonderful views from the upper floors and cooked to order breakfast and complimentary happy hour.

I stayed at this hotel from Oct 23-25 for an evening event on the 23rd. The first issue was within the first hr, when someone tried to enter our room supposedly housekeeping saying we needed pillow cases, we didn’t. Fri. morning we discovered someone’s band-aid on the shower drain, an eye contact in the shower , we then found another contact on the carpet, we don’t wear them. I then started to look at the room closer and found a spot on bed cover, hair in our bed (not ours). On the way to the front desk there was food on the floor that was there our entire visit.I went to the front desk, spoke to Zoe regarding the issues, she said she would remove the valet but no apologies. When we returned later my daughter noticed something on the outside of the toilet. I again went to Zoe. Again no apology, she gave me the manager’s name, email and phone #. When I return home I emailed Mr. Escobar, no response, I called and left a message, no response. I emailed Hilton guest services so response. The place was disgusting and due to the lack of response I’ll never stay in a Hilton hotel again.

We stayed at this Embassy Suites in Pittsburgh 3 nights in Oct 2025. The service was very bad. When we arrived at this hotel there were leftovers in the small refrigerator and stains on sofa. Very dirty and dusty everywhere. You might double check and inspect your bed. Because I got bitten by something (bed bugs?) on my arms and legs, but my husband and daughter were not. That’s why I didn’t complain and asked to change the room.

NO HOT WATER. Stayed at the Embassy in Pittsburgh while attending a conference. For two of the five days there was NO HOT WATER, it was actually very cold on one of the days at 5:30 am.. Called the front desk they said let the water run for 15 min. After that, the front desk told me I didn't know how to turn the water on correctly and to turn the water off and on and move it to the correct setting. Finally after the third call they finally indicated the hot water system was totally down. The hotel offered no price break on the the days with cold water, but only offered a meager amount of points.... NO HOT WATER.
