  This hotel has rooms that have been recently updated and renovated. The room I stayed in had brand new furniture and an extremely comfortable mattress and sheets. The room was cozy and quiet with a great view of the city. The staff is extremely friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend staying in this hotel.

  went here for a convention which was super good! in my room though there was some water damage in the ceiling and i didnt feel like the bathroom was very clean, the bath tub floor seemed a bit dirty so i opted for a shower. the bed was very nice and comfortable and the tvs have good quality and channels. and i loved the view from our room! i did notice some bathrooms in this hotel had clogged toilets so i had to find different ones to use but it does happen with conventions. they are working on repairs and such so i understand.

  The rooms were a unique layout that I did not like. Also the shower head is too low and anyone remotely tall will have an issue with their head hitting it. The room service was ok, the second day I stayed here the did not make my bed which the first day they did. I don’t necessarily care about this but found the inconsistency weird. The valet service sucked as well as their app. You literally pull your car into the parking garage and they park it for you. Some of the people were nice and some weren’t as nice. Seemed unprofessional overall.We needed to put some stuff in our car and called for it 30 mins before going down. They still had yet to get the car and so because we were just putting some stuff in it we just walked up the garage to it. Later in the day we called about 20mins before needing to leave with our car and when we went to retrieve it it was not there. When we brought it up the guy quickly went and got it because our spot was close to the door luckily. It seemed like they only cared to get your car once you showed up in person and the app/ calling does nothing. It cost $40 a night which is $15 more than self parking garages nearby. I feel as the valet should be a service and helpful and this just seemed like it wasted my time and was a huge inconvenience that I was paying for. The location of the hotel is good as it is in moderate proximity to anything cool.

  I stayed here for a work trip and had a mediocre experience overall. The staff was friendly and the service was good, which is why I gave the hotel two stars overall. However, the ongoing repairs disrupted my comfort during the day. Upon check in I was given a document informing me that the water would be off in my room from 12pm-3pm the next day. In addition, the room wasn’t cleaned well, with hair in the bathtub and a stain on the wall near the coffee maker that kept me out of that area for the entire trip. Additionally, the room lacked sufficient furniture to accommodate the appliances. The microwave sits on the desk, and the mini fridge is placed on the floor in the corner. If I’d payed for this trip out of my pocket I would have asked for a different room. I can imagine I’d ever stay here again.
