I stayed here for 4 days and I have to say I was probably a pain in the butt for one receptionist named KATE DIAZ she was always smiling and going above and beyond to help me with my few problems I had and offered a few solutions that I could take since the hotel didn't have a laundry facility on site. She made sure all my needs were met for this business trip. I really appreciated her. She refused over and over a tip I tried to give her but I made sure I got her name to praise her on this review. I travel alot to many hotels and she is in my top 5 of favorites in 10 yrs.😍 if you ever visit this hotel tell her the coach driver for the soccer team said hello 👋

The staff was great. But, the room was just okay. The bathroom (water closet with the toilet and the shower) was very plain and depressing. The track of the shower doors was dirty. They had "community" toiletries fastened to the shower wall (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash). And, there was another "community" container with body lotion attached to the wall in the vanity area. Who would want to use these? All sorts of strangers had access to these containers, too! Anyone could put anything into these containers and the next person to stay in that room might get hair remover in their shampoo or conditioner. Or WORSE! Do NOT use those pre-opened/pre-used toiletries stuck on the walls! No more little bottles of shampoo and conditioner here! And, then, when we checked out, I asked for a receipt to show any charges. There should have been none. But, the desk person said that they couldn't give us a receipt. They were out of paper. So, she said she would email it to me. She never did. Then, I saw that they charged me $23. They couldn't tell me what that charge was for. So, I opened a dispute with my credit card company.

I’d definitely stay here again. The hotel is well maintained and quiet, with great on-site food and beverage options and consistently good customer service. The mattress in room 776, however, could use some attention—it likely needs to be replaced or at least flipped and rotated. I notified the staff after the first night, and they promptly offered to move me to a different room. I appreciated the offer but chose to stay put and sleep in the center of the king mattress, where there was still good support, rather than repacking for my second night.

The space was large and tidy. The overall presentation of the hotel was pleasant, but the standout was the front desk supervisor, Jessie. This young woman performed an outstanding job of responding to my inquiries, detailing the hotel and parking, and facilitating an early check-in, all while keeping a brief, professional (yet delightfully kind and cheerful) demeanor. I can't remember ever feeling as welcomed at a hotel before, and I travel frequently. Jessie is a remarkable contributor to the Hilton corporation, and I wish for her to be acknowledged and valued as the exceptional employee she truly is

Stayed overnight 10/27/25 - attended conference next day.
Cons: room had two shampoos and one conditioner in the shower but no shower gel! We called room service but no one answered. The bathroom was extremely small which would have been totally fine but the shower was awful - hardly any pressure at all. All of the heat came from the actual bedroom and none in the bathroom. So that combined with the low shower pressure made for a very uncomfortable shower.
Pros: Lady working at the Bistro was AMAZING at making latte 😍. Also we were pleasantly surprised with both our breakfast sandwich and our lunch definitely felt like real food.
Overall disappointed with Hilton for the high price and name- I would have expected much better quality. I will definitely stay at a Marriott next time.
