    We just stayed here for the Horror Realm convention and we had such a nice time. The hotel was so clean and the room was so comfortable. It has everything you need in one building. The staff at the front desk and the bartenders at the hotel bar were some of the nicest people I’ve ever met at a hotel. We had a lot of fun just hanging out in the hotel itself and definitely plan on coming back for other stays. This place is great!

    Stayed here for 10 days and it was absolutely perfect. The staff was amazing and Dee went above and beyond to make sure my stay was as perfect as possible. Great place!

    I travel into Pittsburgh regularly for work. I always choose to stay at this hotel. Rusul at the front desk is always welcoming and accommodating should you have a request. The restaurant is great and saves you from having to trek out after a long day, Bernadette and Tiffany at the bar are wonderful and attentive.

    Extremely disappointed that I noticed I was charged $6.00 after checkout that wasn’t on my bill. When I called later to ask about th charger I was told it was for a bottle of water. I never ordered or drank a bottle of water from my room as there wasn’t any water in my room. And furthermore, as a Hilton Honors Member I should have been offered a bottle at check in which I wasn’t. Very disappointed that this charger appeared day after checking out.

    Rooms are a bit dated. Service at the front desk needs some help. Staff members don't make eye contact and didn't tell us how to get to our room. After using several elevators and connecting floors we finally figured it out. We went back to the front desk to tell them they should explain to guest how to get to their room and they told us it was our problem because we had for an extra room key and then we just walked away. What? That was their excuse. They didn't want to take any blame for the issue at all. We had several others staying in our group and they had similar issues and experiences. Running toilets, deadbolts that didn't work, heating/cooling issues, bad customer service.
