Haven't looked to see if there is another hotel there when I'm on business, yet. I'll probably continue to stay. The people are nice, food is good, and overall.. not bad.

During our arrival, they didn't have our reservation that was already paid, after 45 minutes wait for them and hotel.com to clear the situation, finally the hotel.com rep ask us to go to the hotel desk and check in, she saud everything is cleared, but she will wait for us to make sure we have our room. When we went to the desk, hotel rep, the same lady we dealt with, ask us to go back to the end of the line after 45 minutes being there and waiting right in the middle of the transaction while hotel.com rep is stillwaiting on line, they expected us to go to the end of the line wait another 45 minutes. They treated us like second class citizen to the point that other guests in line were embarrassed for the way they treated us. If you want to be treated like garbage, I highly recommend to go to this hotel.
