Marijuana odors whafted outside at the break area and also inside at the end of the pre-ballroom vendor area. Despite that second hand smoke, we paid $10 apiece, got orange wrist bands and two paper tickets. Somewhat of a cramped vendor space. An I estimate there were about 50 paying customers there when we arrived. Very niche oriented show. No DC comic SGT Rock or Marvel Comic SGT Fury and His Commandoes periodicals were found. Paid $20 for the artist sign, on the spot, one of his enlarged #1 GI Joe issue full color cover drawings on a mini paper poster. And then listened to an aspiring science fiction author tell me about his comic book publications----what no online digital copies? Spent about an hour there and then left.....no costumed characters present and not many attendees, but it was wall-to-wall with local tri-state vendors. One high-end vendor was there attempting to sell vintage comic books worth over $950, with no local police security in sight!!! Was worth the visit, but no need to return. Now where are all those old comic books i used to study as a youth and teenager? Oh yeah, my older brother has/had them or stole them from me or I lost them. Alas, ths first issue of the original Superman comic book recently sold for over $ 9 million dollars!!!!????!!! Wow!. Oh, and no Hazmat Ninja-Zombie fugurienes available.
