As a "guest" you have to pay for parking and for the typical holiday inn breakfast (not good) No coffee for guests. If you want water you either buy a bottle or drink the fruity ice water in tiny cups in the lobby. Room was fine I suppose but one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. Lacking on guest comfort but definitely not lacking on getting every cent out of you. Clearly a turn and burn hotel with all the flashy IHG branding. There are better options nearby.

Stayed for a night for Monster Jam. The staff was friendly and professional. The room was okay and clean. Tv channels were horrible, you had like 15 to choose from and no kids channels. My kids enjoyed watching reruns of AFV.
It was hard to sleep l at night due to the commotion out in the hallway and next door to us at 11pm. There was a Phillies game the same night we stayed and we didn’t do well at that game….lost 9-0 so people were probably extra rowdy. I had the experience of listening to what sounded like someone being shoved in their wardrobe closet and the banging of coat hangers. Lots of screaming and f bombs. Entertaining to hear and luckily the rest of my family was passed out and had no idea what was going on. Around 12:30 I did hear staff knock on their door and I assume they were removed since I didn’t hear any other commotion. Overall if you’re just looking for a place to sleep it’s great and the hotel is only a 6 minute drive to the stadiums. Go Birds!!!! 🦅

Not good. No satellite TV therefore it’s just cable channels. Had an issue where the antenna went out and the only channel I could get was PBS. I notified the front desk and they told me they’d give me a remote for the lobby TV and I could watch whatever I want. The last thing I want to do when I’m winding down for the night is to sit in a hotel lounge surrounded by people I don’t know and watch TV, I want to lie in bed and watch it. The phone to the room didn’t work, so I couldn’t call down to the desk for any information.

Stayed here with my family this weekend and had an amazing time. The staff was so accommodating and friendly. We had delicious breakfast every morning and my son's favorite was the french toast. Was so yummy! The hotel itself has a very nice vibe too. We loved the interior decorations and the bar was a nics hang out spot in the evenings. Overall, 10 out of 10. Very close to the stadium- we went for the basketball game and it was only a short drive away. Would 100% come back!

This experience was absolutely terrible. And I've stayed at holiday inn's before with no issues. We were charged twice for the room. It took a 1week for our money to be refunded. The room smelled like smoke. The door was hard to open. You basically had to put all your weight on it to get in. The door to the shower would not close all the way. The shower hook was barely hanging on the wall AND to top the night off.....ROACHES crawling in the bathroom. We cut our trip short and drove home in the middle of the night. We paid for parking and breakfast for 2 nights. Trying to get our money back for the breakfast we did not get to eat was a nightmare as well.
