First time staying in Philadelphia, while the location was great, the room/bathroom felt clean and modern, and there was on sight self parking (with a parking fee). I don't think I'd stay here again. While the view from the window was beautiful with the bridge and lake in front. The window does not block any noise from the street. It sounds as if it's open. Definitely suggest to bring ear plugs, you can hear cars drive by, the train going by and even people talking on the street below (and we were on the 5th floor). The TV has just basic cable which is a first in the 2 weeks we've been traveling, this was the most expensive hotel on the trip as well being around $190 for the night. I was hoping for better, and don't believe it's worth that price. Not a bad place if your looking for a clean room and bathroom but not something I would suggest if can avoid it.

This was perfect for our stop in Philly on our way to OBX. Friendly and accommodating staff, clean rooms, affordable parking on site, free breakfast and walking to so much! We even lucked out with an amazing view of the bridge from our room. The only reason i didn't give a 5 star rating was because the elevators were super slow. But that was just an inconvenience, not in anyway a deal breaker! Highly recommend!

Only stayed 1 night but it was the best hotel we've stayed at recently. Our room was comfy, clean and had the best views of the Ben Franklin Bridge..absolutely gorgeous at night. Breakfast was delicious and front desk staff was nice! Special shout-out to housekeeping for noticing we left our passports behind..& Ryan for helping get them mailed back to me ;). Thank you all!

I was very disappointed with the front desk service during my stay. On the first day of check-in, I reported that the entrance light in my room was not working (the switch was non-functional and the bulb was off). I was told it would be addressed, but no one came to fix it. I followed up again on the second day, yet the issue remained unresolved. By the time I checked out, the light had still not been repaired. Additionally, I found the front desk staff to be unhelpful and, at times, dismissive of my concerns. I did not feel that my report was taken seriously, and the interaction came across as impolite. As a result, I had to stay in a room for three days without proper entrance lighting for my entire stay, relying on the bathroom light for visibility. This significantly impacted my overall experience.
