Everything else is wonderful awesome great luxury hotel , perfect for 1.5 night mini get away drive from 2.5 hour from DC for stay vacation ! Thank you for let me pay $500 that I can check out at 7:30pm to make it more relax . Except Misleading Spa Treatment Time — Not What Was Advertised
Overall, I had a very good stay at this hotel. As someone who is truly a “staycation hotel person,” I would still consider this one of the best luxury staycation hotels within a 3-hour drive from Washington, DC.
From valet parking, bell service, reception, housekeeping, to room service dining (which is very important to me, as I usually don’t leave the hotel once I check in), everything was consistently excellent. The drinks, pool, and overall service level all meet the Four Seasons standard.
I have also experienced many Four Seasons spas around the world, and in general, their massage techniques are always very good. One of my personal favorites is the four-hand massage at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, which is truly exceptional. Their dining is also consistently strong — never bad, and sometimes outstanding. As someone who loves dim sum, my personal favorite remains 天龍軒 in Hong Kong.
However, this time, I was disappointed with how the spa structured and counted treatment time. While the massage itself was professionally done, the way the “60-minute” session was calculated — including walking time, preparation, and even post-treatment dressing — did not meet expectations and felt inconsistent with the level of transparency I would expect from this brand.
I still believe this is an excellent hotel overall, but I hope the spa experience can be improved to better align with the Four Seasons standard.
The High Top Lounge at the Four Seasons is nothing short of spectacular. From the moment you walk in, the service makes you feel genuinely taken care of—warm, attentive, and perfectly timed without ever being intrusive.
The food is truly memorable. The calamari was crisp and flavorful, the cheesesteak egg rolls were an indulgent standout, the burger was cooked beautifully, and the chocolate cake was the perfect rich finish. Pair all that with a glass of champagne, and it becomes a real celebration of a meal.
And then there are the views—absolutely breathtaking. Whether you’re there for a special occasion or just want to treat yourself, it feels like a full experience, not just a night out.
Highly recommend. A must-visit.
My fiancé and I celebrated a milestone birthday here recently. I once read that the Four Seasons Philadelphia was one of the best hotels in the country, and honestly, I agree. The hotel itself was breathtakingly stunning with gorgeous views of all of Philadelphia. The entire staff were kind, friendly, and so attentive. The food was delicious, and we had a wonderful experience getting facials and massages at the spa. Our entire stay was so special that we didn’t want to leave! We can’t wait to go back.

If you are looking for an experience not just a stay. This hotel is the best choice. If I could, I would give them 2 more stars. The service all the staff provide is outstanding, our room was cleaned twice a day, in the evenings they got your bed ready to sleep and leave slippers next to the bed.
The lobby is located on the 60th, the elevator ride is an experience on its own with the amazing views.
Our rooms was very spacious and have incredible views

The bar service was so bad. We went with a group for my birthday and were completely ignored by the staff. Then when they came over and when we couldn’t say our drinks in 2 mins he threw down his notebook and walked away. Mind you we’re were waiting for atleast 30 minutes to be served. I’m so disappointed
