We were so disappointed with the Logan. We live in Philly and have a one night stay-cation for our wedding anniversary every year. We chose the Logan this year because of the location’s long history as a luxury hotel but there was nothing special going on here at all. We waited over 45 minutes for our room (they did give drink comp), got there and found an empty minibar (they explained they no longer fill it), no note of good wishes for our anniversary which is a little something we appreciate every year from the concierge (and is often accompanied by a bottle or a sweet), the pool area offered nowhere to change clothes, and no drink/food service, and no robes/slippers to go back to the room. The room had no movies or streaming service and the room service came in a brown bag (small print offered plating, we discovered later). In general, this was not a luxury experience, just a place to sleep, and I wouldn’t go again or recommend it as a special place to stay. Very disappointing and not what we expected at all after such a rich history in Philadelphia.

+Excellent heated indoor pool and fitness center
+ Common areas and library looked nice
+ Bathrooms were nice, and the room was spacious.
+ room was quiet
- This is an old hotel. The room carpets looked like a 2-3 star hotel(not what I expected for the price/ star class)
- Front desk did not say ONE word during check-in. No welcomes, no instructions on wifi, breakfast options. Rude. Housekeeping was nice though
- They charged us $12.95 for internet per day. We were asked to sign up for hilton honors or risk a possibility of being charged. I paid $300 per night, you can provide this basic amenity for free..
- Self parking was $54 a night.

I stayed here for two nights for a work event.
The room was okay. It was spacious, but when we entered there was an open water bottle on the shelf which made us question the cleanliness. The lights were kind of weird too. One didn't seem to work. Another one shut itself off after 10 minutes. Valet parking is $72 a night. We opted to self park with spot hero. The closest garage is a 2 minute walk. If you have a lot of luggage and want to go in and out, then valet may be best for you.
The first night we had a private event at the rooftop bar. The fire pits and blankets are a nice touch. It has a great view of the city. The food and drinks were great!
We had breakfast in the hotel restaurant the first morning. It was decent. I really don't eat a lot in the mornings so we opted for the little coffee nook place the second morning. It has pastries, fruit, and tea.
Staff were friendly and accommodating.

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights as a couple's get away in a corner suite with a fountain view. The room was clean and comfortable but was oddly sparsely furnished. For the size of the room, I would have expected a small area to dine, perhaps a coffee table, and at least two chairs in the seating area. Staff was friendly and the food from Urban Farmer (dine in and room service) was fabulous. The service was just missing that extra spark that would have made this a five star experience. We had two people on the reservation, yet when we arrived, there was only a single robe in the closet. We called to request the robe and two blankets (no extra blankets in the room) but the gentlemen brought up only a single blanket. We ordered room service twice. The first time, they brought up a dining cart and silverware for 4 people but only one single packet of salt and pepper. The second time, they brought no dining cart (problematic because there is no dining table in the room) and only silverware for one person. We had no major problems and overall enjoyed our stay. I would definitely return for the food at Urban Farmer (fabulous brunch items, creative cocktails and outstanding steak) but the little misses by the hotel definitely made this miss the mark slightly.

We filmed a wedding at The Logan and it was everything you’d hope for in a city celebration! Modern, elegant, and filled with heart. In the center of it all, it sure is fun to use the drone overlooking the skyline.
The suites for prep are filled with tons of natural light and space for us photo+video to work together efficiently. The team made the entire day flow and were super nice, professional, and always one step ahead.
For people looking for a luxury feel for their wedding, this venue has it all in one place!
