Our stay at this hotel was truly above and beyond. We were traveling with our dog, and Adriana, who helped us at check-in, was incredibly kind. She made sure we had a good room that was comfortable for us and our dog.
Anytime we needed anything, the housekeeping staff brought it immediately, and they even called back to make sure we had everything we needed. The level of service was exceptional. The parking service was also above and beyond.
Claire at check-out also helped us with everything we needed. We had a wonderful experience, and we will definitely be back and stay here again.

I highly highly recommend this hotel experience. Everytime we needed something they were attentive and quick. They brought up things you would normally need to go down and get yourself. The room we chose (the King Executive Suite) was beautiful and spacious. We traveled with a little one and the room provided plenty of space for the portable bed we brought. Room service was exceptional. Bell hops wer polite and quick. I have not one single complaint about this hotel and its staff. Thanks for a stress free stay in PHL

The hotel is fantastic. Rooms are nice and the AC in the rooms works really well. The showers have good pressure.
They lose a star because their valet service is ridiculously slow and they don't bring up cars in the order of request. I waited 45 minutes outside waiting for my car, and that was even with calling down 20 minutes before hand. So plan accordingly.

If you try to cancel or modify a stay instead of refunding you they charge you 15% of your previous charge. If you don't show up on time they charge you 15% of your previous charge. You have to pay 75$ a night to park there because there's no close parking on the street. But they don't tell you you have to pay until you go to leave. And not sure if it was just my room but my tub and toilet were covered in hair, there was dirt marks stained in the carpets, the mini fridge smelled super musty, and our balcony was covered in cigarette butts and ash that was caked to the walls and ground. Not a very pleasant place to stay but at least the workers at the desk were very nice in explaining all the horrible policies the place has to screw it's customers over with.

The front desk staff during the registration h were very competent and pleasant.
* Central location
* Nice view from the room
* Many amenities available (spa, pool, valet service…)
However, there was a lot of dust in the room.
The front desk staff on our first night promised a room change due to the dust, but later told us the hotel was fully booked.
I had to complain four times at the reception before receiving any compensation.
Overall, the hotel is very expensive for the level of service provided.
