While the location is a definite plus, the hotel room I was assigned could greatly benefit from a deep clean and some much-needed TLC. The bathroom, in particular, felt neglected and not as fresh as it should be, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, most staff I interacted with seemed Indifferent. With this experience I find it challenging to understand the 4 star rating.

The room was spacious and clean however some details detracted from the overall experience: 1) The shower knob was loose and it was really difficult to get the water temperature right. 2) The knob to the entrance door was either too loose or sticky so it was really difficult to open or impossible to open. Even though it was fixed, the fix was temporary as it became loose again on my last night. 3) There wasn't a good place for clean towels. The small hamper they were placed on top of got in the way of the sink. 4) The curtains had a very visible stain. 5) There were rust spots and messy caulking around the shower. These experiences could have been just my room and I didn't spend much time there do it was comfortable enough.

It's very convenient ... Service is very guys (waiter dependent) ... Bar tenders were Awesome and made quality delicious consistent drinks with fast service ... Impressive 👍👌
