If it’s $300-$400, I don’t feel satisfied but when I pay $150-200, it’s pretty decent place to stay around this area. I think the fair night value to me is $200. The hotel itself is clean. The only problem is sometimes the water pressure is not consistent each room. Some have low pressure, but no problem with hot water. Overall good.

Hotel construction and elevators are a challenge take one up to L the take separate set to rooms. No bottle water in room and Hilton Honors was not recognized.
