Rooms are tiny but clean Service is professional and kind My only provl was it’s too small for $300 plus holding fee is $150 plus parking made the hotel seem less than worth

For starters, this property does not have proper hot water. Even when the shower is turned all the way up, the water is barely warm, making it uncomfortable to bathe. The bedding was also concerning. The beds appeared to have only mattress covers and a loose top sheet—no properly fitted sheet. The sheet constantly came off during the night, and it did not give the impression that linens were being fully changed between guests. That said, the servers and staff were the highlight of the stay. They were consistently kind, polite, and professional, and I truly appreciated their attitude and service. Unfortunately, the café was overpriced for the quality offered. The empanadas were disappointing. At the restaurant, I ordered shrimp and scallop ceviche and was served only three pieces of shrimp, excess cucumbers, minimal avocado, red onions, and no side. The portion and presentation did not justify the cost. Finding a dirty cup under the bed was especially concerning and raised serious questions about the thoroughness of housekeeping. Overall, this experience did not meet expectations. I expected much better attention to cleanliness, comfort, and food quality.

I had a great experience here! Nice and quiet...the hotel consists of a cafe in the lobby (the horchata latte is amazing 😋), a restaurant inside, & a rooftop restaurant. Close to many restaurants, shopping, and museums. The front was so accommodating but if you look in the video, my only con would be the lack of space to hang your clothes but that's it. I would definitely stay here again ✨

I can't tell you how much I love and appreciate The Motto hotel. It's saved my life on several occasions when I needed to run back and forth between Philadelphia and Gainesville FL to move belongings. Very clean, very good vibes. Loved the cafe AND the "city -style" yet cozy restaurant. The entire hotel just feels good. The costs might be kept lower because of smaller rooms...like a micro-tel, but it's worth more than words can say. I can't believe how refreshing it was to stay here. AND its location is perfect. SO worth booking. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

No coffee in rooms or downstairs. No breakfast. There is a cafe that they can sell you coffee and dry bread products for breakfast. That means you will have to walk 5 to spend at least $30 on your breakfast. Rooms already suck so they have that going for them.
