check in agent was aloof and not at all friendly. once we got into our room, we immediately called down for linens. To make up the sofa bed. I had to call four times and my wife went down to the desk once and it's still took almost three hours to get them. The final time, I called down.It was a new front desk person, and she didn't even know that we had asked, meaning miss aloof pants never even passed it on.

Family of 5 traveling from out of state to enjoy the pool and hot tub for our 5 day winter vacation. Although I called to confirm there'd be no issue with those amenities, the hot tub closed early the day of arrival (monday) and has no plans on reopening during out stay, as per front desk staff. I as well as my children are completely disappointed. Those particular amenities were the main. Reason to book here. Additionally, the breakfast options, such as waffles were not available, although the machines were on the counter amd available the first morning (Tuesday) of our stay, I was informed by a young gentleman working in the breakfast area, that management advised that is o ly for the weekends. Like, I didn't pay.my many like everyone else, yet none of the amenities we.came for were offered. Even on my way up to my room, check in staff offered another guess bottles water for each guest. My family was not offered that but luckily we're not far from a market. Overall, I am completely disappointed with this stay. I really was looking forward to this time here but Homewood says "No"... "not today" "only on the weekends" too much for me to recommend a stay here.

Upon check-in, we were initially given a room that was in very poor condition. The floors were filthy, there was hair in the bathroom, stains on the bedding and towels, and dried residue on the walls. We spoke with the front desk, and they moved us to another room.
The second room was an improvement, but still not up to the standard I would expect from a Hilton property. Valet parking is $45 per night, which we chose not to use and instead found street parking. Throughout our stay, there were noticeable odors of marijuana in the hallways and occasionally seeping into our room, which was unpleasant.
Breakfast was decent, and the pool and hot tub were okay, but overall the experience did not meet expectations. Based on our stay, I would not recommend this hotel.
I don't understand why people write negative reviews. Hotel is great. We are here for couple of nights. Came in Philly a bit early, a girl at front desk was pleasent and at 2pm we were already in the room.
Room is big, clean. Inside is kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, big fridge, utensils.
Location is perfect. Nearby restaurants, Cafe, public transportation.
Poop is heated, jacuzzi is huge. Gym.
Breakfast, no complaints as well. Omelet, potatoes, fruits, waffles, yogurt, juice, muffins, cereals, milk, coffee. From 6.30 till 9.30 at the weekdays and from 7- 10 during weekend. We came around 8-9, and it still was full of food, even though so many ppl.
Also complimentary we received 2 bottles of water and cookies at the check in.
So we are happy of our staying at the hotel. Price is good too. So recommend.
-Got there and had to wait outside in the cold as the doors are locked and you need a valet attendant to open it for you
-you must give your keys/car to a valet attendant before you can check in as there is no parking
-I went to check in and was told they overbooked and didn’t have any of the room that we booked left and couldn’t issue a refund. Also told there was no way to talk to a manager for assistance. I ended up calling Hilton customer service and was told they actually had 20 such rooms available and all of a sudden the lady at the front desk, Gabby, could find us one.
-the room was filthy and when I went back to the front desk to request clean sheets, Gabby, the lady who had checked me in (initially denying availability of our room) was behind the wall loudly mocking me to the other lady working
-no hot water in the shower
-a lot of damage to the room including large stains on the carpeting and chairs, the temp control dial in the fridge was removed, chipped walls, etc.
-a man was doing drugs in the hot tub when I went to take my girls swimming, but as the front desk lady had already made it clear she didn’t like me, we decided to just give up on it
-Valet parking is required
