We chose Hilton because we expected a comfortable, reliable, and welcoming experience. Unfortunately, our stay fell far below those expectations due to a number of issues that I feel need to be brought to attention.
1. Unwelcoming Valet Service
When we arrived, the evening valet attendant watched us park to use the service but made no effort to assist and then walked back inside. This interaction was noticeably unfriendly and set an unfortunate tone for the rest of our stay. *morning attendant was friendly
2. Room Overbooking & Incorrect Accommodation
At check-in, the concierge seemed uncertain and unprepared. We were informed that our reserved room—a king bed with a pull-out sofa—had been overbooked. Instead, we were given a room with two double beds and a very poor-quality pull-out sofa. This was not the accommodation we booked or expected.
3. Non-Functional Air Conditioning
The room’s air conditioning did not work at all. Even when set to “cool,” it pushed out warm air, and the room temperature climbed to 75°F. This made the room uncomfortable, especially for sleeping.
4. Unsanitary Bathroom Conditions
The bathroom was unacceptable. The tub was dirty, and there were hairs throughout the bathroom area. This is far below the level of cleanliness and hygiene we expect from Hilton.
5. Breakfast Service Issues
We arrived for breakfast at 8:45 AM and found multiple empty chafing dishes. Several staff members observed guests opening empty trays but made no effort to restock them. While breakfast may run until 10:00 AM, it is unreasonable for items to be allowed to run out so early without staff stepping in to replenish them.
Overall, this stay was deeply disappointing and not reflective of the Hilton standard. We hope you will review these concerns seriously.

Great stay overall! The service and customer care were excellent. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and helpful—especially the food service man, who was very kind and went above and beyond. The hotel is clean and well-maintained.
The rooms are tidy, but the beds are a bit small—more suitable for students or short stays. Still, very comfortable and quiet.
Good location, good hospitality, and clean environment. I give it 4 stars
