  Room was spacious with a nice kitchenette with stocked flatware and silverware. Continental breakfast had a great selection. Staff is attentive and responsive. It is located right across the street from the Reading Terminal Market, where there is a wide variety of eateries and small food and craft vendors. Chinatown is also nearby, and it is close to public transportation.

  Worse experience at a hilton hotel. Parking was terrible, the lots by the hitel charge an arm and a leg because they’re money hungry. I had to go to parkway with is about a 10 walk. Also the initial room we had the microwave didn’t work at all. We had to wait up to an hour for maintenance to come fix it and by this time it was already past dinner time. They had to bring up a portable microwave. Then when you’re ready for bed, there was a blood dot which looked fresh because of the sheets were washed. It wouldn’t be as bright. By this time, I already went downstairs and complained and said I need another room. I was upgraded to a bigger room. However, my entire experience was already ruined.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a really great stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton Philadelphia Convention Center. The value for what you’re getting is honestly hard to beat, especially with such a central location right by the Convention Center. It made everything super convenient. The free breakfast every morning was a big plus, and the large lobby area is perfect if you need space to hang out or get some work done. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, which made it easy to settle in. One thing to note is that housekeeping comes every other day. Also, I’ve stayed at hotels at a similar price point that clean a bit more thoroughly, so that’s something to keep in mind. The hospitality really stood out. Brittney and Vanessa at the front desk were so sweet and welcoming, they truly made the stay better 😊

  Myself and 5 of my girlfriends stayed over on Saturday 2/7/26 for a night out in the city. The room we had was a decent size but filthy; dirty walls and small blood spots on one of the comforters but we made no complaints. The next morning at 8:07 we received a piece of paper saying we had a smoking violation of $300 when not one of us smoke (cigarettes, vapes, weed, etc.) this appears to be a regular issue according to previous reviews. Management would not disclose where this censor was located or why no one addressed the issue 12 hours prior when they claim smoking occurred. I’ve stayed in many hotels and Airbnb’s in my lifetime and never felt so scammed, especially by such a well known company. They need to figure out if these smoking censors are triggered by perfume and hairspray or maybe just terrible ventilation. Next time we’ll be sure to stick with an Airbnb.

  Horrible experience. Had woken up to a letter under the door stating that there was a smoking violation the night before. However, no one in the room smoked or smokes… at all!!!! This was 100% a false claim. When asked to see when the last time these so called sensors were inspected, they were unable to provide me with any additional information. The manager had zero information and continued to tell me he just started 9 days ago. So many unanswered questions and was told to just dispute it with my credit card and it will be refunded. Like what?!?! I want to dispute this falsified claim with Hilton!! I should not have to go through such a hassle for something we did not do. Also, why wouldn’t situation be addressed at time of so called sensor notifying them so discrepancies could be addressed. Oh. Did I mention this charge is $300!!!!! So they could totally be scamming ppl all the time saying this sensor went off! Which obviously happened in my case. Not to mention the hotel was filthy and the hallways were not vacuumed and smelled like smoke throughout. Will neverrrr stay at a Hilton again!
