The apartment is in a very central and convenient location, within walking distance of the main attractions in the city. It was very clean and tidy, quite spacious, and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good despite the reviews we read on Booking.com; I might have liked a few more sweet options, but I think there was a good variety of sweet and savory items and fruit. The apartment itself had a very spacious kitchen, even with a dishwasher. The bed was very comfortable, and the windows had both sheer and blackout blinds to block out the light. The living room was well-equipped and had a comfortable desk for those who needed to work. The bathroom was spacious with plenty of room to store things, and the water was at a pleasant temperature. NEGATIVE: To point out a minor improvement, the heating could only be set to a maximum of 80 degrees Celsius and was quite noisy, so we had to turn it off at night. Therefore, it was a bit unpleasant first thing in the morning on a cold day until the room reached a comfortable temperature. The shower only has an overhead showerhead and no hose. A couple of chairs, even folding ones, would be very welcome in the living room, as there is only one chair in the entire apartment. The wardrobe is quite small; it was sufficient for us, but it might not be enough for someone staying longer. The only complaint that is really important is the noise: our room faced the corner between the reading market and a garage, it was Saturday night into Sunday morning, and from 5 am onwards it was impossible to sleep because of the noise. We don't know if it was from trucks bringing merchandise or what, but it was maddening.

Perfect location for visiting Chinatown and popping across the street to the Reading Terminal Market. Rooms were clean and service was so friendly. Free breakfast was very yummy. Everyone was so kind.
I will point out that you’re signing up for a hotel in downtown Philly and there will be loud cars and ambulances. Bring a white noise machine or use the native iphone white noise app and you’ll be good 😊

Nice clean hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Roomwas spacious, with microwave, small refrig with freezer, too. Location is city center. Lots of pubs and places to eat.
The breakfast buffet is fantastic! Starts at 7am goes to 9am. Lots of variety. Changes daily. Coffee/tea/hot choc available 24/7. Quiet lobby with tables and chairs if you get cabin fever in room.
Philly parking is expensive: $60/day in the multi level covered lot adjacent to the hotel.
Staff is extremely eager to please. I would definitely stay there again.
