I have parked here multiple times for airport and it has been smooth most of the time. Shuttle is easy with friendly drivers who pick up the call right away and let you know tentative time. Give yourself some time when you drop off car as shuttle can take time somet kes and you don't want to be late for airport. If you are in super hurry there are other places near airport with frequent shuttle but otherwise this place is good. The front desk staff are pretty good at handing keys and giving u parking pass.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The staff at check-in were very friendly, and the rooms were spacious and clean. There is some noticeable noise from traffic, as well as from the hallways and neighboring rooms since the walls aren’t well insulated, but aside from that I had a good experience. Parking and breakfast come with an additional charge, but that’s pretty typical for the area, and the room rates are generally reasonable. The hotel does have a bar, though no one was working when I stopped by, so I didn’t try to order anything. I also didn’t try the breakfast due to an early flight. Hope you found my review helpful and safe travels everyone!

The bathroom door locked me in inside my room and I was by myself and didn’t have my phone in there so I had to bang on the walls crying for help for twenty minutes until staff heard me and had to literally kick the door down to get me out. The door handle and lock just spun and spun and wouldn’t open and I couldn’t find another way out. I was really afraid I would be stuck in there all night and miss the wedding I traveled there for and it was hot in the bathroom and I was close to a full on panic attack. I did end up being late to but not entirely missing the wedding. Very scary experience. When I asked for a refund they only gave me back $15 for parking. Would NOT recommend.

Will never be staying here nor recommend this hotel. There was a mouse in our bedroom and even tho they offered to change our room it was not enough to get over the phobia I have with rodents. Seems like the front office was well aware of the issue with rodents because they did not seem surprised at all.

So…we paid $85 for extended parking for the airport - paid in advance. We were told (by an actual human) that all we needed was the confirmation number when we arrived in order to get the shuttle to the airport. However….turns out you need the ORIGINAL email that includes the confirmation # (REALLY?????) or you’re SOL. I had to deal with this from Europe as my partner was trying to get the shuttle to the airport in order to join me here (and I had the original email). The manager - whose name I will add later (on duty on 11/5, 2pm) - was determined to be as unhelpful as possible. She just didn’t want to help - zero interest in solving the problem. Zero. Not her job! I am 6,000 miles away and she just couldn’t find it in her repertoire to be of assistance. Bottom line…don’t choose this place to park (or stay). Just don’t. You’ll find another hotel where wanting to help make YOUR life a little easier is prioritized over their “policy.” Imagine that! Best of luck.
