Had dinner on the bar, which had some decent options - avoiding the need to head out to find food after arriving. They work with BA for stranded travelers and the process was very straightforward including credit for meals. There is an airport shuttle. You will need to call for it to be sent. Also be advised that the hotel is 15 min from the airport.

I spent my night listening every open and shut their doors, all of their intimate conversations, and some dude was puking all night long. Also the shower only got to a lukewarm temperature in the morning. I would not recommend this hotel.
- LPLauren PascarellaDec 26, 20251.0If youre stuck and canceled from American Airlines, dont plan on catching this shuttle. Taxi to the hotel. We've been trying to catch the shuttle for over 3 hours. Never had a driver blatantly tell me multiple times he is unable to pick us up. Also van driver turned off his phone so even the hotel couldnt get ahold of him. For the hotel to find this acceptable reflects greatly on their customer service. Stay anywhere else if you possibly can. I recommend the microtel whos shuttle has stopped for us every time. Good luck!
- RGRoli GoodDec 20, 20255.0I had a one night stay at this hotel and everything went smoothly. Check in was very easy, The front desk staff was very welcoming, professional, and personable. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. I did not utilize any of the food services so I can't speak to that. I just needed a place to get ready for my event and sleep. This hotel met and exceeded both needs. They have body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the shower if you forget yours. They have hand soap by the sink. I used the parking on site for $15. I had no issues finding parking or leaving the lot when I had to. My overall experience was great. I will definitely stay at this hotel again. You should too :)
