Terrible check in. Awful front desk. Almost rude, but would require training to get to that level. More like inept/incompetent cluelessness. Room was clean and tidy. No where to hang your coat but you can use the tiny cupboard. Nice shower. TV didn't work. Close enough to better things to do that you won't notice how lackluster the restaurant/bar combo is before you are ready to stay somewhere that cares you're spending money at their place.

I had such a great experience during my stay, and I especially want to recognize the two young ladies working the front desk…Ashley and Riya. They were incredibly welcoming and kind from the moment we arrived. They went above and beyond to make sure my guests and I felt comfortable and taken care of. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was also very good. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

Our stay here couldn’t have been better! We parked the car outback for a week and upon coming home got in really late and stayed at the hotel for the night. A 1:30 AM check-in needless to say I was exhausted and not exactly coherent. We were picked up immediately at the airport and got to the hotel and checked in very quickly and efficiently. The room we stayed in looked brand new and extremely clean. The next boarding we had a complementary breakfast buffet, which had a big variety of a lot of good choices. I was really excited to see fresh blueberries and strawberries! Again the front desk staff was excellent upon checkout. Thank you for a great day when we were weary and tired!

During the midst of several travelers having to receive vouchers and get checked in, Ashley remained very calm, cool, professional and courteous. The travelers were angry for something that had nothing to do with Ashley. Our flight was delayed and we missed our connecting flight, which was the last flight. Ashley was helpful and remained pleasant and respectful during the entire "crisis". Thank you Ashley!!

TV has limited channels. NO FOX CNN ESPN etc. only a few local and random channels. They use a satellite and some channels lose service on clear nights, No weather issues. The bar area doesn’t serve any alcohol. They claim waiting on liquor license. This hotel had been around for years. The TVs in the bar area do have ESPN CNN etc. it’s clearly obvious that management doesn’t want to pay for these channels in each room. One thing that hotel has going for it is some good restaurants near by.
