    In my opinion, this hotel should have at least a 4 star rating because of wonderful staff members like Andrew, Robert, and ESPECIALLY Courtney! Courtney went above and beyond to ensure that my family's experience at the Holiday Inn in Penns Landing was "enjoyable ". That means a lot since our stay was not for pleasure, it was due to a major medical surgical procedure needed for my father. This was our 3rd stay at this location and thanks to Courtney and the amazing staff, including the housekeeping staff like Maria, we will be staying again!

    Nice staff, great service and a great location at a bargain price. Lisa and Mimi at the front desk/ lobby couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. We would stay here again.

    As an ihg platinum member- Absolutely useless service at front desk by Lisa. Waited for 10 minutes and no one at desk, followed by she didn’t even check the computer for anything - just said yea don’t have upgrade rooms etc. basically didn’t wanna do any work - avoid this place

    The room, service and location all deserve a 5 star. It is the ADA compliance where I have a 1 star review. The parking area during our stay happened to be scheduled for resurfacing. The hotel's ADA stalls happened to be within the resurfacing area. When we first arrived we parked in a ADA designated stall. We left for dinner and upon our return we found that we needed to park at the furthest distance from the building because there were no designated ADA stalls. The management should have ensured that even during the resurfacing project, that the parking area still complied with federal ADA regulations.
