River views are great. The owner is a real estate developer. Why he didn't make a rooftop restaurant lounge I have no idea. My complaints are the desk chair is very cheap and uncomfortable. Agree with other commentary the room was not clean when we arrived shoes were in the air vent (see photo) and hair in bathroom. Also front desk is understaffed during checkin check out rush. I agree with other comments rooms are dated furniture is tired and worn. This is surprising considering the hotel is relatively new. My complements are Restaurant is great staff wonderful. Good location. Other commenters complain about parking fee $60 but that service is flawless. I would rather you charge me a little more for the room and make sure the cleaning staff is top notch. It just seems same complaints on comments not being actively corrected.

I can't belive this is considerer a 4 star hotel. The parking garage is a nightmare (you can barely turn the corners its so tight, the ground literally shakes). The line to check in was super long , with no seperate line for Gold Members as Hiltons usually have. Our rooms weren't ready when they were supposed to be. Our room is super hot, we tried to call the front desk multiple times with no answer. We had to go down to the lonby twice to get someone to come up. Someone finally came up, he said he fixed it but its still blowing hot air. The toilet is dirty, the tub has hair in it and there is no stopper in the sink. I'd leave and go somewhere else if I wasn't leaving for a wedding shortly.

I don’t usually review hotel stays. I had a generally negative experience and my family, who booked separately in a wedding block of rooms, had their own. Overall, this hotel is lacking in hospitality and severely missing the mark with housekeeping. This is NOT a 4-star hotel. With pricing $180-$210 per night, I expected at least the bare minimum. Lack of care from staff: - Housekeeping. Honestly, had the rooms been clean I probably wouldn’t have written a review. I’d rather stay at a CLEAN 2-star hotel than this mess. Hair in the tub, “hair” on the toilet seat, miscellaneous garbage under the sink and at the entrance door. Even after our first day’s housekeeping service they didn’t completely empty the trash. There was trash outside our room when we first arrived and waited to see how long it’d be there before it was cleaned up during our 4 night stay – it never was. A room booked with our party didn't have a working fridge and it was clearly never serviced. The rooms themselves could use updating (rust in the shower, cracked tiles, toilet not flushing, vents between rooms are connected so it gets loud). - Front Desk Service. Our group checked in quickly for our 4 night stay but any staff we interacted with seemed annoyed we were there. To check in, they didn’t ask for my name, didn’t talk about hotel amenities, didn’t thank me, etc… My family with the block rooms had a 45-minute ordeal to check in – the gal working the desk couldn’t confirm daily prices and was generally unhelpful. Amenities (Pool, restaurant, coffee shop): - This hotel was booked primarily to use the pool. After arrival, our family was told the “pool is open, but you can’t use it” because they’d drained, cleaned, and refilled it the day before. Every day we checked back if the pool could be used – it was never warm enough to use before we left from our 4-night stay. The restaurant wouldn’t open if there weren’t enough patrons. Staff at the coffee shop was laughably inattentive to customers. I could tell they were propping their phone on the register and would just ignore us while we waited to be checked out. On one occasion, we had to tap on the register for her to look up to begin service.

In nearly three decades on this Earth, this hotel was the worst we have ever stayed in, second only to the rent-by-the-hour motel we took refuge in when our car broke down on the Bronx Parkway. We are genial, easygoing people, and we seldom leave negative reviews. However, we feel morally obliged to deter future unwitting travelers from falling victim to this Hilton location. The first room we were assigned smelled of sewage, and we soon discovered the source: an unspeakably disgusting backed-up toilet. The (daytime) front desk staff was lovely and very apologetic, and they quickly assigned us a new room. Unfortunately, that room was so filthy that, if the beds hadn’t been made, we would have thought they’d skipped cleaning it. But the toilet (mostly) worked, and it did not smell like a Port-a-Potty, so we made peace with the situation. We were comforted by the fact that housekeeping would come the next day. Unfortunately, housekeeping did not come the next day. We incorrectly assumed we could grab some from the pool but discovered that there were no towels there. We went to the front desk to ask. They didn’t have any, but they told us they’d send housekeeping up to at least resupply the pool. Over an hour went by. We returned to the lobby, soaking wet and freezing. A different staff member was there. He did not say a single word, went in back, and provided two towels. (We appreciated that at least he was results-oriented.) My fiancé advised that there were a lot of other people swimming who would need towels too, but no one ever brought any. A group of children left the pool wearing their winter coats to keep warm. This hotel’s only redemptive qualities: (1) the daytime staff is lovely (especially our breakfast server, who was very kind and attentive!) and (2) the mattresses are comfortable. Unfortunately, the bar staff was extremely rude. We understood they were very busy, so we didn’t complain (though others around us did so very vocally). We sat front and center for 45 minutes, and none of the 5 people working behind the bar even acknowledged our presence. Pretty much start to finish, staying in this hotel made us suspect we were unknowing participants in an elaborate social experiment. We would not stay here again if they paid us to.

As a diamond member, this was unfortunately on the lower end of Hiltons that I have stayed at. $60 to park for the night at the hotel (never saw that at other hotels I've stayed at.) Didn't receive waters/goodie bag for diamond status. Definitely not required to do so, but I think this was the only Hilton that I didn't receive anything as a diamond member. Checked into and picked room from my app. Carried everything up to the room my app stated on the 20th floor. Digital key was not working so I went to the lobby. I guess "the system was down" so had to wait in line and check in. Received cards for a different room on a different floor, so had to go get all of my stuff from the other floor. Entire process took about an hour, making me late for the event I was in town for in the first place. Room was extremely outdated. Huge stains on the floor, and looked like they haven't been vacuumed in years. Room only had 1 towel and 2 hand cloths for shower. Even though I booked with two people in room. Wasn't even one to use as a mat. The sink was extremely clogged and would take 10 minutes to drain if you ran the water. Pretty much everything was old, cheap, and dirty. Coffee shop employee downstairs was not outright rude... But made it pretty clear that she would rather be pretty much anywhere else in the world. When her boss came in and with how he started talking to her I could see why she felt that way. Overall it just wasn't a great experience, or on par with most of the other Hiltons I've stayed at.
