Everything was perfect throughout my stay. I stayed at the hotel for New Year’s Eve and couldn’t have had a better experience. Everyone from the valet driver to the spa attendants were friendly and helpful. I was in room 5019 and the view of the city was so nice. I had a massage at the spa and it was great. The pool area is beautiful and I had the whole pool to myself for two hours the next morning. Breakfast at the Skyhigh was delicious. The concierges and housekeepers were attentive and made sure I had everything I needed to ensure my stay was wonderful. It exceeded my expectations!

I chose this restaurant to celebrate my birthday, hoping for a memorable and enjoyable experience, but unfortunately, the meal fell far short of expectations. The food itself was highly salted and when I reported that to the wait staff, I was informed that all the dishes are topped off with finishing salts giving the dish an overwhelmingly unpleasantness and flavorless. One entrée was so salted that I couldn’t even eat it. I reached out to the restaurant, but I never received a response! I should have checked the reviews first and stuck by my favorite restaurant in Rittenhouse Square BP!!

RACIAL PROFILING!!!!!!!!! unfortunately, I experienced a racist encounter involving four seasons, instructor that host Pilates during the time of 6 PM December 17, 2025 I experienced racism from the instructor participating in Pilates, I was met with a rude awakening of a push on my shoulder by the Pilates instructor telling me "to sit this one out"after paying a whopping $75, I was told to sit out on the side and watch them exercise and participate in Pilates while I was not included in the activity I was left alone to watch them due to the instructor telling me to sit and watch them ! that was extremely racist and I want my money back and I really feel racially profiled to say the very least. I’m looking to receive a refund due to this awful encounter that I experienced this evening with you all.

Interesting in any major city LA, NYC, Chicago, Boston there are many great luxury hotels that relate to client preference. In Philadelphia the FS Property is so far ahead in service, quality and luxury there are no other choices. The lobby, rooms, view, Jean George Spaces are all glorious. Add a dedicated team of employees who care about every moment of your stay and you leave with a broad smile. Bravo and Thank You Team FS Philly. Lloyd
