The facilities were OK - you get what you get at Embassy Suites. But the services was awesome. My daughter left her TEENY TINY first ever earrings on the counter, and the front desk staff immediately went and found the earrings (and had to look for them hard) and shipped them back to us. I am so impressed with this thoughtfulness!

I had an amazing experience thanks to Layton at Embassy Suites. He went way above and beyond to help me, and he did it all with genuine kindness and a sense of humor that instantly put me at ease. It’s rare to meet someone who not only solves the problem but makes you laugh while doing it. Layton is one of those people who turns a bad moment into a positive and memorable one. Embassy Suites is lucky to have him, and I can’t thank him enough for making my day better and brighter. I highly recommend seeking him out if you want exceptional service when visiting the Embassy Suites at the Philadelphia Airport!

Stayed for one night, booked one room online. Somehow was charged for two different rooms, spoke to five different people since - everyone promised to resolve the situation. After a week, have two charges on my credit card statement instead of one. In over 10 years HH Dimond Member, this is the first time Hilton hotel stole my money.

If I could give a negative star I would!…. My husband, mother-in-law and myself, are all Hilton Honors customers. We are from CT and are currently in Philadelphia for a family funeral. To say this is/was thee worst hotel accommodations we’ve ever experienced, is an understatement!! Upon check-in, we were given a room that appeared not to have been cleaned in quite a while. There was a dead bug and grime in the bathtub. The tub stopper was lying randomly on the side of the tub next to more dirt/grime and amongst lifted sealant. The straw that broke it all was when I proceeded to wash and dry my hands after our 4 our journey from CT. I unfolded the hand towel to dry my wet hands and uncovered a dirty, brown stained towel. I immediately went to the front desk with my complaints that were substantiated with pictures. We were only offered a change of room. No upgrade. No discount. NO ANYTHING extra. Upon entering the next room, as I always do, inspection ensued. I first noticed the excessive dust on the end/accent table. Sitting on that particular table is a lamp with major rust around the base. Trying to make the best of a seemingly bad situation, I began to utilize my Lysol wipes to clean/dust the noticeable uncleanly areas. I called the front desk in an attempt to speak with a manger but that has yet to happen. We have a suite with a double bed bedroom and a pull out sofa. When opening the pull out sofa, the mattress pad had disgusting stains. Again, pictures were taken to show the front desk/management. I called Embassy Suites corporate telephone number at least 20 times and was either put on hold with no response or the automated was unable to get me to the proper person/department. We checked in on 11/10 and will be leaving today 11/12 and still have not heard back from and manager or general manger (we left him a message). We’re beyond disappointed as we have stayed here years ago for a family reunion and had a good experience. It appears that no up grades or care has been taken in this property within the nearly two decades that we were here prior.

Had reported a clogged bathroom sink after checking in, no one showed up. The next day I was able to get assistance. The shower door handle was falling off, and hook on the back of the door was loose and could hardly hold a towel. Bed frame was sticking out, looked like it was upside-down and I scratched my leg. It was covered by a bed skirt so I didn't realize it was sticking out until I hit my leg on it. In general the hotel needs some TLC and maintenance.
