customer service were not the absolute best took forever to answer phones and hung up then the shuttle service to the airport is a nightmare comes every hour instead of the promised 30 mins sleeping and late multiple times literally no excuse. Had to pay $40 in ubers because the shuttle never came on time and was extremely late almost every single time. I have plenty more to say about the shuttle experience as well. The other shuttles always are on time. Overall very inconvenient experience.

The room itself was good, the hotel is really nice on the inside.
Cons: terrible service at bar and dining. Took an hour and a half to get wings (and could tell other patrons were waiting just as long and were not impressed with the food quality). The bartender seemed to be out of it when we were ordering. One of the hotel workers kids was running around everywhere, even behind the bar and touching things. Breakfast was cold. Pool was closed and there was no indication of this online. Ice machines weren’t working anywhere in the hotel.

First got there and parking was $30 a night. When we went in pool was closed due to maintance but nothing online about it. My husband said something thats why we choose that hotel and not one down town and got free parking. Room was clean but bath tub had rust all in. Food was cold for breakfast that was buffet style. Not impressed.

I would not stay here again. 1. Could not check in on app. 2. Several days after snow storm, the parking lots were not plowed (but still had to pay to park) & the street in was barely plowed. 3. Lukewarm shower 4. The heater sounded like a plane engine. 2 stars because bed was comfortable & great service at happy hour

I got stranded in the winter storms, and booked this hotel last-second. Originally, I went to check in and they couldn't find my reservation, but it turned out that in my stress, I accidentially booked for FEBRUARY, a whole month out! I thought I was cooked, but DeWan (I believe that was his name, the man was the most dripped out and most helpful gentleman I've ever worked with) helped me get into a room.
I ended up having to extend my stay 3 times, and the front desk was always incredibly helpful, especially Patricia and Judy! Super kind, understanding, and were able to keep me in the same room the whole time.
The room itself was great -- the perfect place to camp out for 4 days and work. It was spacious, clean, the desk was large and the chair was comfortable. Great water pressure, comfy bed ... what else could you ask for?
Hopefully I never find myself stranded for days in Philly again, but if I am, this is the place to be. Absolutely fantastic stay, and I would 100% recommend.
