    I booked This Hilton owned Hotel in Philadelphia thru Trivago and then got a confirmation from this company Algotels .. the day before check-in i got an email saying the res. was canceled ..No info of who or what canceled the res .so i tried calling Algotels and got a recording the wait time was 120 min and i tried and tried to Email them or Trivago with no response so i called the Hilton hotel and was told there never was a Reservation using the number Algotels sent me so i had to book directly with Hilton but was told the rate Trivago quoted was fake and that the new room rate would be basically 2x the quote so we went ahead and booked to be assured a room but as fate would have it a huge winter storm was about to hit Philadelphia on Feb 22/26 so American Airlines contacted us and wanted to get us out early and so with that news we called to cancel the Hilton room incase someone else need it because the airport was to shut down because of the blizzard but Hilton refused to give us a refund ,they said the cancelation was to short so NO REFUND...figures... so Hiltons are now Off our list of Hotels we will consider. I guess being considerate of other people's plight isn't something Hilton believes in

    Be prepared to pay for parking your own car at this hotel. $25 a night just to park your own car and carry your own bags. This hotel is the epitome of corporate greed and it suffocates you from the moment you arrive. The room is rather bare-bones but otherwise fine. I've been to hotels for $15 a night in third world countries for cleaner, friendlier, and more comfortable accommodations. If it were not for my physical body being stuck in the god-forsaken city of Philadelphia at the moment, I would have gladly rather stayed the night at one of those for far cheaper.

    The parking kiosk wasn’t working properly and the attendant at the hotel said we were supposed to receive free parking with the room. I ended up paying $15 when I left to go get gas the first night the he said he just had to update the room key when I returned. When I checked out and looked at my statement I saw I was charged $25 for parking so I ended up shelling out $40 for what he said should have been free. The breakfast isn’t complimentary, so I assumed it would be a little better, and I’m not picky when it comes to taste. I chose to leave hungry instead of eating the breakfast. There was a crack in the bathroom sink which is an easy fix, made the room look run down to leave it that way. There was also enough of a draft by the window to put out drinks by it and they stayed cold. Definitely not the experience I’d expect from a Hilton owned hotel, felt like we were at a run down motel somewhere.

    Service at check-in was horrible. No greeting or smile at all. I had prepaid for the room, but when I asked about an additional charge, the front desk agent snapped and said it was for the security deposit. Then I was told parking would be $25 per day, which wasn’t explained upfront. He gave me a cookie with no explanation, and when I asked for another one for someone with me, he said it would cost extra. Also, breakfast is not free unless you book a different package. The room itself was not clean — dirty carpet, peeling wallpaper, and a shower vent full of dust. It’s not even about the price, it’s the poor service and attitude. Along with the cleanliness... Would not recommend.

    Great experience. This was made possible with the ease of check in by Khufu, and the attention he paid to us, ensuring we had everything we needed. Such warm and welcoming service. Thank you Khufu!!! When we were ready to check out, Jordyn showed a pleasant and welcoming attitude. She expedited our check out and thanked us. Such a great experience!!
