  This was a great location near the convention center and many restaurants. The hotel is a bit outdated, but it provided us an inexpensive room that served its purpose. Check-in was quick and easy with a very helpful and friendly agent. They sent us up a bag of waters and snacks for the night, which was great, and they offer complimentary breakfast! Win!

  The receptionist I spoke with on Thursday, February 26 at 6:02 a.m. was extremely unpleasant and not helpful at all. I simply wanted to understand why my reservation had been canceled without any explanation, and he made absolutely no effort to understand me or the situation. He showed no empathy whatsoever. I have been a Best Western member since 2008, and I have never experienced anything like this, let alone being spoken to in such a disrespectful way. Given this experience, go anywhere else — but not here

  Roaches! This hotel made my trip the worst EVER!! I did not want to write a review but they failed customer support and I am going to be upset for a long while with no follow up response. Service was as nice, price was reasonable. My bed was not made well was minor however my room was suppose to be nonsmoking. I asked for another room which was easy but before we could unpack we found a roach crawling on the desk. I cannot do critters!! I was told no manager can be located to refund me , the owner came to as very kind but if all the professionalism no one offered a solution to my stay for a nearby location or points added. Instead I was forced to waist $70 on two day parking and spend a couple hundred extra on a two night stay elsewhere last min. It took everything out of me not to have a panic attack after a 9hour drive. I had to pay double for a roach free room elsewhere last min. And almost tripple the following day. I was told by the owner thy would refund me my money which was so but did not replace my parking money and I still had to pay to park at a different hotel so I am over it hat I budgeted and lastly my flatirons got left in the lobby not returned. Follow up - I called to retrieve my flatirons and was accused of claiming an employee which wasn’t so there is no empathy in this situation at all. I couldn’t get a word in because the employee kept mumbling about being accused. That’s another $ Forget I am a woman traveling with two young females No lt one person bothered to know reason of stay, why could be worked out , call other hotels to see if they can work out something. I had to wait next day to get my money back from the hotel which wasn’t helpful No points or anything was offered as a reward member …. Clearly they do not value business. Follow up- I called yesterday woman asked me were my flat irons plush toy barely spoke English after spelling “flat irons”asked me to call back in two hours I waited at least three no one will answer my call anymore and I have not yelled or… today still will not answer my call concerning my har curlers/flatirons, even if they have not found them. There was no follow up about my stay or replacing my parking waisted …. I will be reaching out to corporate and the president. Figuring out where my flatirons were would have been another way of showing some form of respect instead I’m being avoided. I will never stay here again, I’m very disappointed

  Is there a way to unlock a negative star review? The service was reprehensible, to the point where we left. One of my colleagues saw the room and it was not very fresh or clean. Yikes - do yourself a favor and book somewhere else.

  There was someone leaving "their" room right next to us at all hours from 8pm till 3am, and kept coming back every 10-20mins, banging on the door as if they didnt have an actual key to their own room. May have been drunk or high but put my family on edge. Woke up my kids every darn time and scared em. The room walls were just paper thin, the "window" was a window into another room type thing as if the rooms were bigger at one point and then they tried to make more rooms by cutting them in half and having awkward corner spaces. It made the place very dark and claustrophobic. Shower door was broken too. So the place was very stressful to stay at. Staff were OK.
