Instead, the “window” looked into an enclosed interior space down a hallway, providing no natural light, fresh air, or outside view. When we raised this concern with the front desk, the staff member was dismissive and spoke to me in a condescending manner, insisting the room had a window and implying that I “didn’t know what a window was.” We were then moved to a second room, which unfortunately had bugs (cockroaches) present, forcing us to again change rooms. Because the hotel refused to issue a refund, we were ultimately moved a third time. This entire experience was frustrating, disruptive, and far from what we expected when booking.

I asked for a copy of the security deposit paper just so I have a chance to go over it and he refuse to give it to me. I will never stay there ever again Great location. That’s literally the only good thing about it. Bad bad bad service. I’m sorry
