  So I paid my stay with them online once I got there to check in they told me they can't check me in because they don't offer tap an they said there was nothing they can do an didn't give me my money back either this place is a joke an they are very rude at front desk

  Do yourself a favor and stay away from this hotel. Although it seems like the location is convenient, it abuts the highway, which probably accounts for some of the problems with this property. I checked in at night as a solo traveler and felt unsafe crossing the street to the hotel because of all the fast-moving traffic merging onto the highway. When I arrived, I had a weird check-in experience where the costs and holds being put on my card were not well explained. Once inside, I discovered that the rooms are not well soundproofed. I could hear lots of activity both within the hotel and on the street outside. The traffic and street noise was beginning to feel overwhelming. I was going to ride it out until I read other reviews indicating that others recently found bedbugs in the very room I was staying in (308). Although I didn't see bedbugs myself, I was sufficiently uncomfortable with the noise and overall check-in experience that I decided not to stay the night and take any chances with possible bedbugs. I then had a very difficult time getting anyone at the hotel to understand that I was checking out (they kept insisting I had never checked in until I finally got someone to understand what had happened). All in all, this was a terrible experience. I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express instead and had an excellent time there and was grateful for the comfort even though it was a little bit more expensive.

  False advertisement. There’s no bar there is no restaurant. I called up and asked if they had parking they said yes, short distance across the street- it was two blocks away. Otherwise it was very nice and clean

  Najgorsze doświadczenie z hotelem, jakie kiedykolwiek miałam. Pobyt był w pełni opłacony przez Booking.com, a hotel poinformował mnie, że pobierze jedynie zwrotny depozyt 100 USD. Tymczasem moje konto zostało nienależnie obciążone kwotą 183 USD – bez jakiegokolwiek uzasadnienia. Od 23 sierpnia 2025 r. wielokrotnie kontaktowałam się z hotelem (zarówno mailowo, jak i przez Booking.com). Jedyna wiadomość, jaką otrzymałam, to automatyczny mail o urlopie managera. Od tego czasu hotel całkowicie ignoruje moje próby kontaktu. Minęły ponad 2 miesiące, a ja nadal nie otrzymałam: - zwrotu pieniędzy, - żadnego wyjaśnienia, - absolutnie żadnej odpowiedzi. Jest to skrajnie nieprofesjonalne i zwyczajnie nieuczciwe wobec gościa. Jeśli zdecydujesz się zatrzymać w tym miejscu, miej świadomość, że hotel może pobrać dodatkowe pieniądze z Twojego konta i nawet nie odpowie na żadne wiadomości. Zdecydowanie odradzam ten hotel.

  This place was super clean and super convenient to what my family was doing that weekend. The staff was friendly. The girls who cleaned the rooms came in with quick efficiency cleaning and were very polite. Complimentary breakfast was great and they had plenty! I would personally go and stay there again. 10 out of 10!
